Hills Landing & RV Park is located in the quaint town of Cross, SC. Our property sits directly atop the banks of the Diversion Canal, perfectly nestled between Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie. We offer an RV park in addition to standard accommodations for rent, a newly graded and paved boat landing and docks, and a spacious new laundry facility and bath house. For added convenience, there is a general store on site which sells gas, ice, tackle, *Hersheys hand-dipped ice cream, *Hunts Brothers Pizza and Wings, snacks, charcoal, RV accessories, and an array of other necessities. Free WiFi is also provided. The waterfront views, family friendly atmosphere, and diverse fishing environment, are just a few of the reasons we love this place.  The surrounding area has a lot to offer, including boating, fishing, walking or biking the Palmetto Trail, and discovering the "Berkeley Blueways" by kayak. Bells Marina has everything you need for a family-friendly outdoor adventure! Bells Marina is owned by Jud and Charlotte. They both love the outdoors and want to create an amazing location for others to do the same. Our gated resort is next to a cove at Lake Marion (one of the Santee-Cooper Lakes), and directly borders 400 acres of pristine wildlife preserves. The Santee-Cooper Lakes are a top fishing and hunting destinations in the state. The Santee National Wildlife Refuge and Pine Island Unit National Wildlife Refuge are both just a few miles away.You will find world-class fishing here, including striped bass, white perch, white bass, crappie, channel catfish, Arkansas blue catfish, shellcrackers, bream and chain pickerel (jack).The state fishing record for largemouth bass was set here at Lake Marion. It is not unusual to catch a 25+ pound catfish right off our marina docks! Other wildlife at Lake Marion include deer, fox, squirrel, turtle, dove, wild turkey, and various species of duck, hawk, eagle, egret, and osprey.You can have fun exploring the area surrounding our resort. In The Pines RV & Cabin Village is a brand new 100% family-owned campground.   We sit on 40 acres tucked away in the loblolly pine trees of Coastal, North Carolina.   We feature 30 full hook-up (30/50amp) RV spots and 8 uniquely designed, upscale, tiny cabins. We are just a short drive to Southport and Oak Island with lots of things to do onsite too! On site activities include nature trails, gem and fossil mining, gaga ball, jump pad, playground, and more! We have picnic tables and fire pits at all of our sites as well as grills at each cabin. You can even book a llama trekking experience on our nature trails!   The pool is under construction and will open August 2024. We can't wait to host you soon!
