Hills Landing & RV Park is located in the quaint town of Cross, SC. Our property sits directly atop the banks of the Diversion Canal, perfectly nestled between Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie. We offer an RV park in addition to standard accommodations for rent, a newly graded and paved boat landing and docks, and a spacious new laundry facility and bath house. For added convenience, there is a general store on site which sells gas, ice, tackle, *Hersheys hand-dipped ice cream, *Hunts Brothers Pizza and Wings, snacks, charcoal, RV accessories, and an array of other necessities. Free WiFi is also provided. The waterfront views, family friendly atmosphere, and diverse fishing environment, are just a few of the reasons we love this place.  The surrounding area has a lot to offer, including boating, fishing, walking or biking the Palmetto Trail, and discovering the "Berkeley Blueways" by kayak. We are only 45 Minutes from the bustling town of Summerville, and just 5 more minutes down the road is the historical town of Charleston. Aiken RV Park is just 1 mile off Interstate 20 at Exit 22 and 10 minutes from beautiful historic downtown Aiken. RV Park amenities include Wi-fi, full 30/50 amp hookups, shower facilities and laundry Facilities, and pull-through RV sites for the overnight customer. Pets are allowed only if the owner keeps them clean and quiet. Bells Marina has everything you need for a family-friendly outdoor adventure! Bells Marina is owned by Jud and Charlotte. They both love the outdoors and want to create an amazing location for others to do the same. Our gated resort is next to a cove at Lake Marion (one of the Santee-Cooper Lakes), and directly borders 400 acres of pristine wildlife preserves. The Santee-Cooper Lakes are a top fishing and hunting destinations in the state. The Santee National Wildlife Refuge and Pine Island Unit National Wildlife Refuge are both just a few miles away.You will find world-class fishing here, including striped bass, white perch, white bass, crappie, channel catfish, Arkansas blue catfish, shellcrackers, bream and chain pickerel (jack).The state fishing record for largemouth bass was set here at Lake Marion. It is not unusual to catch a 25+ pound catfish right off our marina docks! Other wildlife at Lake Marion include deer, fox, squirrel, turtle, dove, wild turkey, and various species of duck, hawk, eagle, egret, and osprey.You can have fun exploring the area surrounding our resort. There are almost 40 miles of trails, and local guides will show you the best spots for hunting, fishing, or photos. Parkton Place is conveniently located 10 minutes off of 95 north or south. Parkton Place is the perfect spot for those traveling to or from the southeast to or from the northeast or Canada!   Parkton Place is a working equestrian farm with an eclectic menagerie of animals. We offer guest rooms inside of the home as well as sites 30-amp electric, water and wifi for your rv/camper. Your site backs up to one of the pastures where you may be visited by horses, donkeys, alpacas, a mini cow and others. Dogs (even off leash) are welcome!   We have an acre pond with small beach for lounging, swimming or kayaking.
