Pro-tip, if you're camping through July and August be prepared for rain, but otherwise expect cool to cold nighttime temperatures and plenty of open skies for stargazing. 

The Riggs Flat Campground is located in the beautiful Coronado National Forest and is a great place for a true outdoor adventure. Onsite, there's also a diverse and breathtaking terrain, perfect for exploring and scenic viewing. Travelers can also look forward to local landmarks like the Chiricahua National Monument, Saguaro National Park and the Tumacacori National Historic Park. Among these parks and the Grand Canyon, campers can enjoy some of the southwest's most iconic scenes and geological formations, as well as the excellent river rafting, climbing, hiking and mountain biking that accompanies these sites.
