Located near the South Fork Payette River, the site is popular for water sports such as fishing trout, rafting, kayaking, boating and swimming. A 1/4 mile trail begins at the campground and ends at a natural hot spring. Numerous other hot springs may be found nearby at the Wildlife Canyon Scenic Byway, where visitors can go wildlife watching, and hike beautiful nature trails.

Zim's Hot Springs is located in the beautiful town of New Meadows, Idaho and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. Onsite, travelers can expect a breathtaking natural scenery and wonderful mineral waters to soak in. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground including the Central Idaho Historical Museum, Valley County Museum, Mountain Art Gallery and the Art Gallery of McCall. Lucky Peak Lake is located in the foothills of southern Idaho on the Boise River, and is home to Macks Creek Park Campground. The site stretches along the lake shore among shady trees and acres of natural brush. Expect stellar wildlife such as antelope, mule deer, bald and golden eagles and California quail and chakur. Aside from excellent opportunities for photography and site seeing, visitors and locals can enjoy fishing smallmouth bass and rainbow fish, go boating and swimming.

Summit Lake Campground is located between Warm Lake and Landmark, and visitors love the fact that this campground is on a high elevation and enjoys many cool evenings. The scenic pine forest offers plenty of opportunities for wildlife viewing; keep an eye out for bears, deer, elk, osprey, geese, foxes, grosbeaks and whooping cranes. Visitors can also go searching for water creatures, with fishing being especially popular in this area. Rainbow, bull and lake trout are common at Summit Lake. You can also look forward to the Billy rice Swim Beach, and many spots to set up a picnic. The area around the beach also offers the space and trails for hunting, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking and off-road vehicle riding.
