There is always a Park Host in the campground, so help and answers to questions are never faw away. Each staff member lives here, so we can offer some insights that brochures and info websites can't offer. We are so much more then a campground, we are an experience. We offer guide services for both hiking and biking. the North Umpqua Trail is at our door step and is some of the best mountain biking on the west coast! The Shelter Cove Resort Marina is located near Cascade Summitt, Oregon, and is nestled within acres and acres of towering trees. The campground is near to a number of excellent attractions such as Odell Lake where campers can look forward to boating, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Many visitors also pause at dusk to soak in one of those breathtaking Oregon sunsets. The Deschutes and Williamette National Forests are also close by, so if you like to hike, bike or just explore, this campground takes you right to some of the best spots. Winter sports are also popular, so campers can look forward to cross country skiing and sledding during the colder months.
