We have 4 RV Lots situated on the western side of our 3.5 acres in the heart of Fletcher.    It is owner-occupied and geared more toward older travelers (55 and older) that are looking for a more quiet place for RVing for weekly/monthly seasonal availability.     Each campsite is set up with a fire pit and a picnic table.  All lots are gravel back-in sites that do require a more experienced traveler for backing into the site and leveling the RV.  Recreational vehicles that are less that 38' are recommended.  We can accommodate slightly longer than thirty-eight’ with a very experienced driver for backing into the site.  If you have questions, please call us.    An application is required for renters which will include a tenant background screening.   The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind.  • No illegal drug use or illegal activity permitted • Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site only •  Please note “NO SMOKING” pertains to the entire park. No smoking or any tobacco products are permitted outside of the RV • All pets must be registered at the office. Maximum of 1 pet per site. Pet rules will be issued, and compliance is mandatory. Remember cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them. They are not to be let out to run loose. The following breeds are NOT allowed in the park: Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Mixes, and Rottweilers. • Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Pets cannot be tied outside and left unattended. • Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. • The RV must be well-maintained and in excellent overall condition. • Vehicles must be well maintained (no oil leaks) and operate safely. The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH (miles per hour). Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted. Vehicles are to be parked only in the space intended. The common areas are not for parking. All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum. Please be mindful of your neighbors when warming your diesel engines — they can be very loud. Recreational use of motorized bikes, motorcycles, or ATVs within the park is not permitted. •  Guests must pick up after their pets. • We require the use of sewer gaskets/seals. Sewer hoses should be raised off the ground. We have septic tanks in the park so we require tanks to arrive empty. If you need a place to dump your grey or black water tank before arrival the closest station is located at Camping World of Asheville (2.8 miles from our park located at 2918 N Rugby Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28791) arrival with an empty tank then allows hookup to the park’s septic system. • Green Garbage Receptacles: Garbage cans can only contain sealed trash bags. Do not throw unbagged trash directly in the trash can. Not only does it attract bears, but the local town ordinance also requires all trash to be bagged. We do have black bears that roam in our area at times so do not leave food out and any garbage much be disposed of in secured trash bags and placed in the green garbage cans located at each lot. • Blue Recycling Receptacles: Recycling pickup is available- all items for recycling must be rinsed and placed in the designated blue Receptacles Emergency and Safety If you need to call 911, and time allows, please also notify us as well. (Fletcher Police Dept/Fletcher Fire and Rescue Dept) If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (828)768-5225 /(828)768-5857 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.) Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. Lake Sugar Tree Motorsports is a family sports park for motorcycle riding and racing which is located in Henry County off of HWY. 58 East on State Route 617 Axton, Virginia - Between Martinsville and Danville. The Motocross track has been around for over 30 years, it all started with a few local racers from the Trans Am Series who came to Lake Sugar Tree in the beginning of the 70’s bringing top European rider’s to compete against the top American rider’s. A couple of years later the AMA (American Motorcycle Association) came on board with it’s series, which provide more American verses Europe “best of the best” racing. 

 Mountain View RV Park is in Roan Mountain, TN. Campers can look forward to a relaxing time with breathtaking views of the mountains & the Doe River. We are a small full hook up RV park with water, sewer, electric and WIFI for self-contained units. **Campground only accepts cash, check and money order upon arrival**

Sportsman on the New River RV Park is located near Radford, Virginia. It features 25 basic campsites. The park is pet-friendly.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Our location is 1/2 mile from TIEC, (Tryon International Equestrian Center).  Each cabin (upper and lower) has a quality, king-sized, double, inner coil air beds and heat/air conditioning. Other features include an upper deck close to the trees and a fire pit located near the Grand Porch. Lower cabins, (#2-#6) have private bathrooms and kitchenettes attached to an enclosed, sheltered, private deck. Upper cabins, (#22-#26) have a shared bathroom. We provide complimentary K-cups and snacks for our guests. This is a "glamping experience, almost like camping.  You will likely hear birds; acorns falling upon the tin roof and will see butterflies and lightening bugs.  You can take advantage of our Grand Porch to enjoy the fresh air, the mountains and sky.  Our Grand porch is also a wonderful spot for an outdoor wedding.
