The campground is part of a 22-acre llama farm which is home to over 40 llamas and various other livestock including miniature donkeys and friendly emus. It features 31 campsites nestled among several large 40+ year-old maple trees. Most of the sites are big-rig friendly including six 35' x 75'-100' pull-through accessible. The park provides free excellent WiFi (150 mbps), sewer, water, and 50/30/20 amp electrical service at all sites. We are pet-friendly of course with large green space to walk your dogs. Unique Activities The park includes llama trails through the woods and pastures for walking among the animals on the farm, Storytelling Llama Hikes, and llama activities. The park is considered "artsy" with spinning, weaving, drawing, painting, stained glass classes offered each weekend by the resident artist and co-owner, Ms. Carolyn. Come join us with your tiny house on 10 acres of beautiful mountain views on the Cherokee National Forest. We are a year-round, full time living, community with a salt water pool, onsite laundry facility and a catch and release fish pond. She lives on site and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a feeling of security to residences. Her newest vision is to see a tiny house community on the property. Sites are available with private atmosphere for tiny houses. All spots provide water and septic and electricity is paid by tiny house dweller. Four 30 amp sites are available currently with more to come. So bring a neighbor or two with you! 50 amp sites can be discussed upon request. Sites are $325 a month and electric is .15 per KWH.
