Emberglow is set to open March 1, 2020. We are located 15 miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center and less than 10 miles from beautiful Lake Lure. We have 6 primitive tent sites, 1 group camp site that will hold up to 20 tents, 8 Rv sites that are 30 Amp water and electric hookups, 11 RV sites that are 50/30 Amp full hookups, 3 RV sites that are 30 Amp full hookups and 1 new 2019 Puma travel trailer that will sleep up to eight for rent.   Our outdoor resort amenities include: a resort style pool, bathhouse (restrooms and showers), dog park, free wifi, includes a campstore, dog friendly in all our RV and camping sites, kid friendly, 30 Amp full hookup, 30/50 Amp full hookup, and some 30 Amp sites that just include water and electric (WE), community propane grill, and shaded or wooded site options.   Emberglow also has many glamping options to choose from, including: yurts, treehouses, primitive treehouses, a geodesic dome, pods, a tiny house and vintage trailers.    

Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Norman. We feature pull-in, back-in 20/30/50 amp water, sewer, and electric hookup sites along with cabins and cottages for those seeking something a little different! We have first-class amenities along with offering our guests the use of kayaks, and paddle boards at no charge.  We have opened our new pavilion that includes a mini movie theater,  and an exercise room overlooking the lake. We have added two fire pits down by the lake for your enjoyment with free wood supplied.  Our pool is now open. Bathhouse and laundry on site. Deer Springs is a privately owned, pet friendly, RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. We are a small RV park with a focus on providing large sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for “self-contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bath house on site.   While we strive to provide a memorable camping experience for everyone, our park is designed with a focus on the more mature visitor.  As such, all guests and visitors must be 18 or older.   Sites 1-8 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, at least 1 picnic table, at least one fire ring, private gazebo equipped with prep counter, sink with running water, refrigerator with ice maker, and ceiling fan with light.   You may bring your own firewood or purchase it here at the park.   Wilderness Loop Sites 11-14 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, picnic table and fire ring.  Awesome long range views of the surrounding mountains! Large Bark Park!

Nestled in the foothills of the NC Mountains, Roaring River Vineyards is reminiscent of a French riverside hillside vineyard. The vineyard is named after the Roaring River which borders the vineyard property for a mile and a half and offers great vistas from all the buildings situated on its riverbank. We are a full-service mountain resort with the Chez Josephine Restaurant, Wine & Beer Tasting Room, vacation rentals, event venues, vineyards, truffle field, Harvest Host, and RV Park. The RV Campsite at Roaring River Vineyards (RRV) is located in a forested area surrounded by springs and walking trails and has a lovely view of the vineyards. It is situated not far from the vineyard’s entrance just beyond a pond. Since we opened our restaurant we’ve had a number of guests asking us if we allowed RVs to park on our vineyard. Located at the Haysi Ridgeview Trailhead, Mountain Top Campground is a hiker's paradise, offering access to approximately 200 miles of trails. The area also features an ATV trail also accommodates horse trails, hikers, bicyclists, and motorcycles. Operated by the Haysi Kiwanis, Mountain Top Campground offers 18 brand-new full hook up RV sites and 18 primitive tent sites along with shower and restroom facilities to accommodate the primitive sites. Mountain Top is also located close to the Russell Fork River, which offers access for fishing, kayaking /canoeing /tubing and swimming. During the month of October, with the release of water from the John Flanagan, Dickenson County and the Russell Fork become a popular destination for white water rafters.
