Eagle Nest Lake State Park is located in Eagle Nest on the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway. Expect a stunning landscape with the incredibly high mountains of the Moreno Valley. The lake is regularly stocked with trout and salmon, and visitors can look forward to ice fishing in the winter. At an 8,300 foot elevation, the campground enjoys mild weather conditions and fresh breezes. As such, fisherman, boaters, campers, hikers and wildlife enthusiasts are commonplace at the park, and an abundance of animals make Eagle Nest Lake an ideal location for wildlife viewing.

The Wild Rivers National Recreation Area is located within the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument and along the Rio Grande Wild and Scenic River. That being said, expect some of the most untouched, breathtaking views of nature this side of the United States. Experience the beauty of an 800-foot deep canyon, volcanic flowers and naturally rugged vistas. The diverse terrain ensures the perfect environment for a flourishing flora and fauna ecosystem. The June Bug is located in the Red River Canyon in a gorgeous spruce-ponderosa forest.
