Abiquiu Lake is located in northern New Mexico and is known to offer some of the area's finest fishing opportunities. Look forward to a 5,200 acre lake surface, and an amazing panoramic view of Flint Mountain. You can also catch glimpses of pine, sage and and juniper among colorful rock formations, so be sure to bring your camera! There's an abundance of attractions in the area including: the Georgia O'Keefe Museum, a Ghost Ranch, San Pedro Wilderness, Bandelier National Monument and the city of Santa Fe. The Riana Abiquiu Lake COE located on a scenic bluff overlooking the scenic Abiquiu Lake in northern New Mexico. You can also fish for rainbow trout and brook at the 14 acres that makeup Hopewell Lake. 3 miles west from Ghost Ranch Education & Retreat Center is the Echo Amphitheater, a favorite among serial visitors to Abiquiu, New Mexico. Schools, clubs and vacationers take advantage of the covered picnic areas and Echo Amphitheater Trail. The last part of the trail has steep stairs leading up to the Echo Canyon, where the rocks are a natural habitat for snakes, so be sure to stay on the trail and off the rocks!
