If you are looking for peace and quiet we are where you want to be!  Mountain Meadows RV Park sits at the base of the mountains and has great high desert views of the surrounding mountains and great views of the New Mexico sunrises and sunsets!  All other parks in the area are off the highway and near the train tracks and we are off the highway approximately two and a half miles and will only hear the highway traffic and trains in the faint distance.  Mountain Meadows RV Park is located between Alamogordo/Tularosa, New Mexico and is the perfect base camp for a number of great local attractions. Close to Alamogordo, the campsite offer campers the chance to explore the White Sands National Monument, Space Museum, Cloudcroft, Sunspot, Valley of Fires, Ruidoso, and the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site. Visitors can also look forward to excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities at the campground and even 2 Pistachio Farms nearby if you like to pick nuts or have a fancy for wine! The campground is clean and well-managed with friendly, helpful staff so know that you'll be well taken care of during your stay. Stone Mountain RV Park & Resort is surrounded by exquisite ponderosa, pine, pinon trees and wildlife. It is only minutes away from the busy village of Ruidoso. It is located in a quiet, peaceful and serene mountain setting in a small valley with wonderful scenic views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.   This campground is relatively popular because it is in close proximity to a long list of great attractions such as the Ruidoso Downs Racing Track & Casino, fishing, horseback riding, ziplining, golfing, skiing, off-road ATV/UTV trails, shopping or even the nightlife at Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino. Fishers and equestrians are welcomed, so bring your horse or fishing pole for hours of adventure in gorgeous Lincoln County. The RV park is just a short drive from several lakes, Capitan and the Fort Stanton Historic Site.   Hunters are welcome as well! Open year round, Stone Mountain RV Park & Resort is located near hunting units 36 and 37. There is a game cooler, skinning rack and horse corrals on premises for hunters to use during their stay! There's so much to do, you might have to extend your trip!   Our park is located just minutes north of Ruidoso, New Mexico at 510 NM State Highway 37 at mile post marker 4. For those using GPS the coordinates are Latitude N33.487151 and Longitude W105.673027.   We have full hookup RV sites, $45 for 30amp and $55 for 50amp. Located in At Silver Leaf, Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico, at Silver Leaf RV Park, we promote a sense of community. Come join us and become part of the family! We feature back in, pull thru 30/50 amp sewer and water hookup sites! Visitors have access to laundry, restroom and shower facilities, WiFi, and trash services!  We have added a garden and are excited to announce that this year, we will have fresh vegetables and herbs for our campers when available.  We have also added a small pantry for items that you may have forgotten on your trip. In addition, you will find picnic table and firepits in our park and we do have firewood available!  Given our convenient location, guests are able to enjoy outdoor activities that include kayaking, hunting, tubing, scenic drives and more. Whether it's to escape the loudness of the city or a simply drive by stay, we hope to see you soon! Silver Leaf RV Park is open year round for camping.  During Horse Racing season, April 15th to September 15, we are extremely busy and will be giving priority to seasonal stays (all five months) first.  Please give us a call if you would like to book for the entire Horse Racing Season. The Three Rivers Trading Post is located in Tularosa, New Mexico and as the name suggests, is perfect for touring the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site. The trading post is also world-class, offering campers a pick of the best local arts and craft, each unique piece holding some historic or cultural significance. Fall in love with the southwest at this park, where there's so much of nature to explore. Hike the gorgeous desert vistas, or mountain bike the hills around the campground. There's also so much stargazing to be done, so settle in at dusk to enjoy the reds and oranges of an iconic New Mexico sunset and strap in for the nighttime light show. Located along the Rio Ruidoso, Seeping Springs is a beautiful and quiet park and is a short distance from plenty of attractions. The Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino and Billy the Kid Horse Racetrack and Casino are a short drive away, while the historic town of Lincoln (made famous by Billy the Kid), Capitan (home of Smokey the Bear), White Sands National Monument, and beautiful Cloudcoft are all short day trips from here. Locally, you can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, skiing for the outdoor enthusiasts and shopping and museums for those rainy days.

A famous landmark in the Smokey Bear Ranger District, Monjeau Lookout was constructed as part of the Civilian Conservation Corps project. The site is perfect for the adventure lover with its dirt surfaces and steep, rocky steps steeped in history. The South Fork Campground is located in the Lincoln National Forest near Ruidoso, New Mexico.
