The Coyote Creek State Park is located an hour east of Taos, and is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo mountains. Just beside a meandering stream, campers can enjoy hours of fly fishing, as well as the sights and sounds of a flourishing waterside oasis that's enclosed by spruce and pine. With tons of wild flowers to photograph, the park is also excellent for hiking, biking, picnicking and birding. We can't wait for you to visit the creek and see it all!

The Elephant Rock Campground is located in the Carson National Forest, and is well-known for the Red River and Eagle Rock Lake being nearby. Campers can look forward to excellent fishing at the lakes, as well as opportunities for kayaking, swimming and boating. Visitors can also expect great hiking trails and large open areas for picnicking and exploring. The area is thick with thriving forestry, so prepare for some spectacular views, and occasional bird or deer roaming the mountain regions. 

The June Bug is located in the Red River Canyon in a gorgeous spruce-ponderosa forest. Fall in love with this New Mexico oasis at this park where you will find plenty of picnic tables and acres and acres of raw forest for exploration. There are also trails for hiking and biking, and wide open skies for stargazing. Be sure to look up at dawn and dusk to catch one of those iconic New Mexico sunrises or sunsets. The trees almost seem to absorb the noises around you, so look forward to a peaceful, relaxing getaway. 

Enjoy the culture and history of the Chaco Culture National Historic Park and the excellent camping and site seeing there. With helpful and well-informed rangers to take you on tours, this is a great place to learn about the history of New Mexico and its cultural beginnings. Wake up a little earlier than usual to catch an exquisite New Mexico sunrise and the first rays of sunlight hit the Fajado Butte, see the cliff by the campground turn gold and camp by the ancestral Pueblan ruins and petroglyphs. 

The Mom and Pop RV Park is located in Farmington, New Mexico, and is relatively close to several local attractions. Visitors can look forward to the Bolack Museum and the Aztec Ruins where they can take advantage of a guided tour. Campers can also visit the Three Rivers Tap and Game Room. There are shops, restaurants and stores nearby to the convenience of travelers; stop by local eateries on your way to the nearby Animas and San Juan Rivers. Picnic on the river banks, or go exploring through the town during your visit.  

The Tiffany Campground in the Navajo State Park is located in the gorgeous state of Colorado and is a great spot for a fun outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to plenty of wide open spaces and clear skies, perfect for hiking, biking, sunset viewing, scenic viewing and stargazing, as well as horseback riding. Travelers can also enjoy birding, boating, fishing, swimming, hunting, jet skiing and group fun and picnicking. Amenities at the park include: a boat launch and marina, laundry facilities, comfort station, restrooms, showers, water, horseshoe pit, firewood and parking. There are 19 primitive campsites at Windsurf Beach and Arboles Point, and are the perfect spots for a fun tenting trip out ini the gorgeous waterfront  areas. The sites are ideal for small RVs and tents, and are open year round but cannot be reserved so the off-season is the best time to head over there! The sites are right by the water, and with wide open spaces and plenty of gorgeous trees and clear skies, it's a photographer's paradise. Get ready for some stellar scenic viewing, hiking, biking, sunset viewing, fishing and stargazing. The sites are in a relatively remote location, so be sure to pack everything you'll need for a fun and distraction-free stay, but there is a post office, marine store and country store just a short drive from the park. The Jemez Mountains is the breathtaking backdrop for the Fenton Lake State Park in Jemez Springs, New Mexico. Surrounded by beautiful ponderosa pines, the park is ideal of wildlife viewing and hiking, and with the Rio Cebolla running through it, it's also excellent for fishing and canoeing. The river is well-stocked with rainbow trout and German brown trout; ice fishing is also popular there. The park also has a fun playground for kids making it well-sought after among the little ones, and is also known to attract cross-country skiiers during the winter months. Boating, horseback riding and picnicking are also common activities at the park.

Fall in love with New Mexico by visiting the Onderosa Group Campground in the Banedlier National Monument. Look forward to not only the spectacular views of the moment, but also great hiking trails such as the Main Loop Trail, Tsankawi Trail and the backcountry region of the monument. Be sure to keep your cameras and binoculars handy for the American Pika, deer and other wildlife that are common around this park. There are only two sites avilable though, so reserve one early!
