We are a small family owned and operated campground located in Vaughn, New Mexico. Great for overnight stays when traveling through eastern New Mexico. We are right on US 54, US 60 and US 285. . 

Trailer Village RV Park is located 1.4 miles to the city center of Roswell, New Mexico. Trailer Village takes great pride in being a quiet, clean, family friendly RV Park.  Amenities are offered that make your RVing experience great for your stay in Roswell.  Trailer Village RV Park is just 4 stoplights away from tons of great attractions such as a UFO museum, the Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art and the Roswell Museum. The Valley View Mobile Home & RV Park is located in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, and is a great spot to sight see. Not only is the park in the middle of an iconic southwestern desert, meaning gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, but there's gorgeous plains and beautiful mountains in the background? Visitors can also visit the Billy The Kid Museum which is only a few minutes from the campground. The Bosque Redondo Memorial is also nearby. Enjoy some great local foods as well, such as Fred's Mexican Food. 

For a home base during your trip to Roswell New Mexico, consider the Town and Country RV park. Set against the breathtaking Sacramento Mountains, the Oliver Lee Memorial park features a historic ranch house, quiet camping in the Chihuahuan Desert, and the unique oasis of pools of water under the cottonwood trees of Dog Canyon. Visitors can look forward to a short walk on the Riparian Nature Trail or a challenging hike up the Dog Canyon Trail, as well as acres and acres of beautiful desert vistas. Picnicking and wildlife viewing are also popular activities at this site.

Nestled in the Tularosa Basin, the Alamogordo White Sands KOA is in the perfect location for exploring the attractions of Southern New Mexico. With cabins, tent sites and RV sites, every type of camper is accommodated at this KOA, and with mild winters, this is a great spot to escape the harsh northern winter months. Tour the various nearby attractions like the New Mexico Museum of Space History, hike or disc-sled down the gypsum dunes at the White Sands National Monument or explore the ancient rock drawings at the Three Rivers Petroglyph site. Ask the friendly and helpful staff about local attractions, and you're sure to hear about day trip possibilities such as the Alameda Park Zoo and the beautiful pines of Cloudcroft a few hours from the campground.

The Raccoon Campground is located at Sumner Lake, New Mexico and is a great spot for your next excursion. The reservoir is popular for its abundance of crappie, walleye, bass and catfish and is also a great place for swimming or just idling by the water's edge. The lake is also surrounded by scenic patched of forestry, perfect for hiking, biking and exploring and is especially excellent if you love wildlife like curious deer and beautifully-colored birds. About an hour away is the town of Santa Rose which is filled with cultural nuances, eateries and attractions, so be sure to take a day trip out there!

The Mansano Mountains State Park is located in Mountainair, New Mexico and at an elevation of over 7,000 feet, it is known for its wonderfully cool temperatures and outdoor activities. Campers head there for the excellent set and interpretive trails for hiking and biking. The park associations also holds educational programs which is great for campers hoping to learn more about the wildlife and where to catch glimpses of the various birds that call the park home. The area is also perfect for sight seeing; look up at dawn or dusk to see the iconic New Mexico sky and pause in awe over those spectacular reds and oranges.

Pecos Campground is nestled beside Sumner Lake and is a beautiful oasis of flora and fauna, drawing waves of eager visitors each year. Fish for crappie, catfish, walleye and bass, and settled in on evenings for beautiful New Mexico sunsets. The area is also known for scenic patches of forestry and hiking trails, so bring your hiking boots and camera in case you catch a glimpse of a deer or wild bird during an excursion! The campsite is also an hour from the town of Santa Rosa, so if you're also looking for great shopping and southwestern dining options, you don't have to travel too far.

Located just 14 miles southeast of Roswell, New Mexico is the Bottomless Lake campground. Enjoy an almost insane number of outdoor activities, so get your water-proof sunscreen out and packed.
