The Joe Skeen BLM is located in Grants, New Mexico and was established in 1987 protect nationally significant ecological, cultural, geological, scenic, scientific and wilderness resources located around the Grants Lava Flows. Visitors to the area can look forward to beautifully preserved sandstone cliffs, canyons and the La Ventana Natural Arch. These natural formations connect the New Mexico terrain to the culture and history of the area's Native American past and present, giving them significance beyond it's asthetic appeal. Enjoy hiking the numerous trails, climbing, biking and plenty of site seeing in this amazing park. You can also enjoy caving, picnicking and horseback riding. 

The Quail Run Campground is located in Elephant Butte, New Mexico and is a great spot for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the state's big cities. Nearby are great local restaurants like Amici's Pizza, Casa Taco, and eateries among the shops at Wiregrass. The campground is relatively close to the Rio Grande river, so take a day trip out there to visit the marina and go sailing. The area is also perfect for hiking, biking and great sight seeing. Look up on any night to enjoy stargazing or a spectacular New Mexico sunrise. 

The Black Canyon Campground is located in the Gila National Forest and is a great place to enjoy a peaceful yet engaging southwestern adventure. Lose yourself among the challenging but beautiful mountain trails, and be sure to take in those spectacular New Mexico sunrises and sunsets, and go fishing or boating at the campsite ponds. The Crystal Forest Gift Shop Campground is located in the beautiful city of Holbrook, Arizona and is a great place to enjoy a relaxing outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to the breathtaking sites of the Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert National Park, both with intricate and challenging trails for visitors to hike, bike and explore. Canyon de Chelly, the Meteor Crater and the Harvey House in Winslow are also relatively close by and certainly worth a visit. With sight-seeing, campers can expect cool temperatures and plenty of excellent local eats to satisfy hungry travelers after a long day of exploring. Jim Gray's Petrified Wood Gift shop is definitely a great stop after dinner in downtown Holbrook. There, campers can buy excellent locally made wood arts and crafts.

Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area is a campground located on 1500 N Fool Hollow Lake in Show Low, AZ. The site includes laundry facilities. The campground is open all year.
