The Downs RV Park is located in Farmington, New Mexico and is set in a small, idyllic area. Filled with large trees absorbing all the sound at the park, visitors can look forward to quiet evenings and beautiful, green plains. The park is near a horse racing track, so be sure to buy tickets early if you enjoy that past time. The Animas Valley mall is nearby as well as the Salmon Ruins, so be prepared for some excellent shopping and sight seeing. 

The Lee Acres RV Park is conveniently located behind the fairgrounds of Bloomfield, New Mexico. Nearby is the race track and casino, a favorite especially among locals who enjoy the nightlife, dining and constant entertainment from these treasures. The Salmon Ruins are also nearby.

The Wild Rivers National Recreation Area is located within the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument and along the Rio Grande Wild and Scenic River. That being said, expect some of the most untouched, breathtaking views of nature this side of the United States. Experience the beauty of an 800-foot deep canyon, volcanic flowers and naturally rugged vistas. The diverse terrain ensures the perfect environment for a flourishing flora and fauna ecosystem. While you hike the trails, look out for gorgeous birds and small animals, as well as beautiful blooming flowers and plants. Besides hiking, you can also go boating, fishing, biking, picnicking and scenic driving.

Enjoy spectacular sights at the Wild River's Campground including deep, steep-sided canyons carved out by the Rio Grande River and the Red River through beautiful, volcanic rock. Go hiking on one of the three trails that descend to the river. Most campers visit for the camping, but there's plenty of sight seeing, photography and biking to be done, so bring everything you need to explore!

The Juniper Campground is located at the Bandelier National Monument and is a popular campign spot for families and small groups of about 10 people or fewer. Look forward to some breathtaking views of the cliffside and mountain ranges, as well as a thriving wildlife landscape. Keep you eyes open for deer, the Bandelier butterflies, American pika and Abert's squirrels, as well the beautiful natural terrain that there creatures call home. The hiking trails at this park are slightly easier and shorter than at other parks at Bandelier, and this ensures that children and younger camper are not overly taxed as they explore the area. Also be sure to take pictures of the beautiful monument and look upward at dawn or dusk to see that iconic New Mexico sky! The Mom and Pop RV Park is located in Farmington, New Mexico, and is relatively close to several local attractions. Visitors can look forward to the Bolack Museum and the Aztec Ruins where they can take advantage of a guided tour. Campers can also visit the Three Rivers Tap and Game Room. There are shops, restaurants and stores nearby to the convenience of travelers; stop by local eateries on your way to the nearby Animas and San Juan Rivers. Picnic on the river banks, or go exploring through the town during your visit.  

The June Bug is located in the Red River Canyon in a gorgeous spruce-ponderosa forest. Fall in love with this New Mexico oasis at this park where you will find plenty of picnic tables and acres and acres of raw forest for exploration. There are also trails for hiking and biking, and wide open skies for stargazing. Be sure to look up at dawn and dusk to catch one of those iconic New Mexico sunrises or sunsets. The trees almost seem to absorb the noises around you, so look forward to a peaceful, relaxing getaway. 

The Elephant Rock Campground is located in the Carson National Forest, and is well-known for the Red River and Eagle Rock Lake being nearby. Campers can look forward to excellent fishing at the lakes, as well as opportunities for kayaking, swimming and boating. Visitors can also expect great hiking trails and large open areas for picnicking and exploring. The area is thick with thriving forestry, so prepare for some spectacular views, and occasional bird or deer roaming the mountain regions. 

Fall in love with New Mexico by visiting the Onderosa Group Campground in the Banedlier National Monument. Look forward to not only the spectacular views of the moment, but also great hiking trails such as the Main Loop Trail, Tsankawi Trail and the backcountry region of the monument. Be sure to keep your cameras and binoculars handy for the American Pika, deer and other wildlife that are common around this park. There are only two sites avilable though, so reserve one early! Jemez Falls - USFS is located near the beautiful New Mexico city of Santa Fe, and is a great camping spot for the history-buff and the desert lover.
