The park is also close to the fourth of July mountains and the Salinas Pueblos Missions National Monument. The Salinas Pueblo Monuments are some close sights to go see in New Mexico. There are 3 different ruins to see, one is 8 miles away, another 11 miles away, and the third is 25 miles away. There is an awesome array of sites to choose from for all kinds of rigs and camping styles that include full 30/50 amp hookups along with family suites and kitchenettes available that come equip with a coffeemaker, DirecTV, refrigerator, and microwave. There are a various amount of amenities that would elate anyone who stays here which include BBQ and patio areas, laundry facilities, restroom and shower facilities, trash services and a dump station. We are a small family owned and operated campground located in Vaughn, New Mexico. Great for overnight stays when traveling through eastern New Mexico. We are right on US 54, US 60 and US 285. .

The Taose Monte Bello RV Park is located in El Prado, New Mexico and sit son 5 acres of beautiful open space on the desert plateau. Just at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the park is perfectly situated for an easy-going, relaxing vacation. Within a few miles are seven museums, multiple art galleries and launchign spots for balloon rides over the vast New Mexico desert. You can also visit the Taos Pueblo and Rio Grande Gorge Bridge for some excellent pictures and a peek into the area's rich historical past. Storrie Lake is an excellent camping spot in Las Vegas, New Mexico. With a serene and gorgeous lake surface and surrounding area, the park is popular for providing visitors with a base camp while they go out and enjoy various water sports. Look forward to canoeing, kayaking, fishing, boating, water skiing, wind surfing and paddle boarding. Campers can also expect great trails for hiking and flat areas for playing volleyball or picnicking. We recommend picnicking at dusk so you can enjoy the gorgeous sunsets New Mexico is known for. The Coal Mine Campground is located on gently sloping hills in Grants, New Mexico, and is known for being set against amazing pinion, juuniper, gambel oak and mature ponderosa pine trees. The road gives visitors access to a quarter mile nature trail accessible by a historic bridge biult by the job corps. Campers often take advantage of the diverse landscape to go biking, horseback riding and wildlife watching, not to mention picnicking. This is the perfect place for a quiet vacation, and a complete immersion in to the best of the southwestern natural landscape. 

Heron Lake is located in the Heron Late State Park in Los Ojos, new Mexico. Look forward to immaculate pines and fresh air around one of the areas most popular fishing lakes. Locals and visitors alike take advantage of stellar kokanee slamon and record-size trout, as well as a boating dock of early morning excursions. This lake is popular as well because it's designated as a "quiet lake," and boat operators cannot get up to wake speeds. This makes it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing. The Ridge Rock Campground is located at Heron lake State Park, New mexico and is an excellent spot for a quiet getaway into the peaceful terrain of a southwestern watering hole. The lakeis a designated "quiet lake," meaning boat operators cannot get up to wake speeds. As such, enjoy canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake surface, and cross country skiing and ice fishing in the winter months. The lake is well-known for world-class fly fishing, so don't forget your rod if you'r hoping to snag some trout or salmon during your visit. The area around the park is well-known for wildlife viewing and hiking, so get ready to see some mule deer, black bear, elk and beautiful birds!

Located on Heron Lake, The Island View Campground is a gorgeous site, surrounded by tall pines and fresh lakeside breezes. Fishing, swimming and kayaking are popular activities at this park, so get ready to head out on the water on any one of the area's great-weather days. Hiking and biking are common at the lake, with beautiful and challenging trails. Visitors can also look forward to wind surfing, cross country skiing and regular skiing during the winter months. 

Coyote Creek Park is located an hour east of Taos, and is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo mountains. Just beside a meandering stream, campers can enjoy hours of fly fishing, as well as the sights and sounds of a flourishing waterside oasis that's enclosed by spruce and pine. With tons of wild flowers to photograph, the park is also excellent for hiking, biking, picnicking and birding. We can't wait for you to visit the creek and see it all! The Mansano Mountains State Park is located in Mountainair, New Mexico and at an elevation of over 7,000 feet, it is known for its wonderfully cool temperatures and outdoor activities. Campers head there for the excellent set and interpretive trails for hiking and biking. The park associations also holds educational programs which is great for campers hoping to learn more about the wildlife and where to catch glimpses of the various birds that call the park home. The area is also perfect for sight seeing; look up at dawn or dusk to see the iconic New Mexico sky and pause in awe over those spectacular reds and oranges. 

Park Memorial State Park is located at the Sangre De Cristos Mountains and is known of offering campers a peaceful and beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Santa Fe. Look forward to excellent hiking trails with spectacular views and Little Tesque Creek for fishing and relaxing by the water side. In the winter months, there's a ton to do such as snow shoeing, sledding and cross country skiing. The historic Lodge is also perfect for group events such as family reunions and weddings.
