The Riana Abiquiu Lake COE located on a scenic bluff overlooking the scenic Abiquiu Lake in northern New Mexico. 3 miles west from Ghost Ranch Education & Retreat Center is the Echo Amphitheater, a favorite among serial visitors to Abiquiu, New Mexico. Schools, clubs and vacationers take advantage of the covered picnic areas and Echo Amphitheater Trail. The last part of the trail has steep stairs leading up to the Echo Canyon, where the rocks are a natural habitat for snakes, so be sure to stay on the trail and off the rocks! The Black Canyon Campground is located in Santa Fe, and is right next door to the Hyde Memorial State Park. Visit this campground for an escape into the iconic beauty and fresh air of New mexico where campers can find plenty of scenic heights along the parks hiking trails. Visitors can also look forward to several hilly spots for mountain biking. There's also plenty of bare banks for picnicking and of course, star gazing. The Ridge Rock Campground is located at Heron lake State Park, New mexico and is an excellent spot for a quiet getaway into the peaceful terrain of a southwestern watering hole. The lakeis a designated "quiet lake," meaning boat operators cannot get up to wake speeds. As such, enjoy canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake surface, and cross country skiing and ice fishing in the winter months. The lake is well-known for world-class fly fishing, so don't forget your rod if you'r hoping to snag some trout or salmon during your visit. The area around the park is well-known for wildlife viewing and hiking, so get ready to see some mule deer, black bear, elk and beautiful birds!

Heron Lake is located in the Heron Late State Park in Los Ojos, new Mexico. Look forward to immaculate pines and fresh air around one of the areas most popular fishing lakes. Locals and visitors alike take advantage of stellar kokanee slamon and record-size trout, as well as a boating dock of early morning excursions. This lake is popular as well because it's designated as a "quiet lake," and boat operators cannot get up to wake speeds. This makes it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing. Hiking and biking are common at the lake, with beautiful and challenging trails. Visitors can also look forward to wind surfing, cross country skiing and regular skiing during the winter months. 

Nestled in the quiet village of Chama, along the Rio Chama (river) is the Sky Mountain Resort RV Park. Make sure to visit the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad and the numerous trails and mountain ranges that make for excellent biking and hiking expeditions.
