The lake was constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for flood control and recreation and opened to the public in 1977. For more information on additional recreational amenities, please visit our website. The park includes a six-mile concrete multipurpose trail. We have a renovated 18-hole disc golf course, and offer kayaking and paddleboarding rentals (limited days available), fishing, and boating. Be on the lookout for weekends that also offer park events! Lake Cunningham features the West C Campground which has 41 concrete RV sites with electrical of 20, 30, and 50-amplifications. The East C Campground features 42 concrete campground stalls complete with water, electrical of 20, 30, and 50 amps, and sanitary at each pad as well as a bathhouse facility.  All RV sites have access to a fire ring, freshwater fill station, and a dump station when you enter the campground entrance. Located in Sabetha, Kansas, Sycamore Springs Whitetail Ranch RV Park is a family owned campground where we hold the largest wood roller skating rink in the state of Kansas! The Park is ran by The City of Westmoreland and Council and does not have an onsite camp host. There is a number listed in the information box for emergencies. The City of Westmoreland offers a clean, well maintained, quiet RV park with 16 spacious sites available. Most are equipped with full hook-ups, some are pull through sites. We offer a code-locked bath house, Bathrooms are ADA accessible, Wi-Fi, two large pavilions available to reserve, historic sites including a large hand dug well on site and a dog park.**Bathhouse has been winterized for the season**
