The Schumaker Campground is located in the Bitterroot National Forest and sits on the edge of Twin Lakes. The Orofino Campground and Picnic Area is located in southwest, Montana. At an elevation of over 6,500 feet, expect fresh air, mild weather and plenty of space for exploring, hiking and biking. This area is popular among campers looking to escape into a quiet, lush setting, so get ready for a peaceful environment and easy-going camping. There's also curious elk, deer and moss around, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for them! They're friendly and beautiful. 

The White house Campground is located in at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge Forest. Get ready for amazing scenes of distant mountain ranges, fresh air from the high elevation and great weather for your Montana adventure. Popular in late spring/summer, the campground is known for ATV paths, mountain biking, hiking trails and horseback riding. During the winter months, skiing and snow mobile-driving is popular, and of course, plenty of fishing at Thunderbolt Creek.  

The Mormon Gulch Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge Forest, so get ready for some incredible nature terrain, curious wildlife like elk, deer and moose for viewing and nearby creeks for fishing. Look forward to various species of trout and calm waters for boating, water skiing and swimming, as well as plenty of open space for hiking and mountain biking. The Blodgett Campground is located in the Bitterroot National Forest and rests under the towering cliff faces of the Blodgett Canyon. Campers can look forward to excellent views of mountains, canyons and valleys, all filled with lush, thriving trees. Campers can look forward to hiking and biking the gorgeous paths, as well as beautifully red sunrises and sunsets. Picnicking as also another popular activity at the campsite, so look forward to quiet, flat fields and small, curious animals like deer, birds and elk. 

The Racetrack Campground is located in southwest Montana near the Racetrack Creek, and is surrounded by the gorgeous pines and firs native to Montana. Visitors can look forward to excellent trout fishing at the creek, as well as plenty of space for picnicking and enjoying group fun. There's also natural paths to explore, so be sure to do some hiking and biking and pause every now and again to catch a glimpse of the wildlife in the area. Deer, elk and moose are common. 

Serene, beautiful and off the beaten Montana trail is the Racetrack Cabin. The small building is tucked away within the dense forest and is well-known is a quiet safe-haven for hunters, and retreat from the curious bears roaming around outside. At an elevation of over 6,300 feet, expect a cool climate and acres of green vegetation. Popular outdoor activities include: hiking the various trails, or trout fishing at Racetrack Creek. Vacationers can also look forward to winter sports such as snowboarding and skiing. An hour drive from the cabin will take campers to the city for supplies, fine, local dining and even some live music or a historic site or two. 

Halfway between the Glacier National Park and Yellowstone is the Deer lodge KOA. With Clark Fork River running right through it, campers can look forward to excellent fishing for brown trout. Campers can look forward to big game hunting, nature viewing, wildlife viewing for elk, deer and moose and hiking along the beautiful and challenging paths. Winter sports are also popular, so look forward to snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. At a high elevation, campers can expect mild summers and fresh air, so pack a bag and head up to the Doney Lake Cabin. The site is very primitive and doesn't include water, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need!

The Douglas Creek Cabin is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest and features a number of great outdoor activities that can be done in the carefully-curated solitude of the forest. Campers can look forward to acres and acres of pine and fir trees to explore and hike, as well as curious wildlife like elk, deer and moose. Hunting is also popular, as well as winter sports like snow shoeing, skiing and sledding. At a high elevation, this beautiful cabin is usually on high demand, so if you're hoping to enjoy a bit of peace and seclusion, reserve it early.
