The Spring Hill Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Lodgepole Pine Forests of southwestern Montana, and runs adjacent to the Warms Springs Creek. The Doney Lake Cabin is located at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, and is a favorite among campers looking to immerse themselves in a gorgeous natural setting where fishing is easy and relaxing. Get ready for a number of excellent outdoor activities other than fishing. Campers can look forward to big game hunting, nature viewing, wildlife viewing for elk, deer and moose and hiking along the beautiful and challenging paths. Winter sports are also popular, so look forward to snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. At a high elevation, campers can expect mild summers and fresh air, so pack a bag and head up to the Doney Lake Cabin. The site is very primitive and doesn't include water, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need!

The Racetrack Campground is located in southwest Montana near the Racetrack Creek, and is surrounded by the gorgeous pines and firs native to Montana. Visitors can look forward to excellent trout fishing at the creek, as well as plenty of space for picnicking and enjoying group fun. There's also natural paths to explore, so be sure to do some hiking and biking and pause every now and again to catch a glimpse of the wildlife in the area. Deer, elk and moose are common. 

The East Fork Cabin is located in the Bitterroot National Forest at the East Fork of the forest. This means campers can look forward to excellent whitefish and trout fishing at the river, as well as acres upon acres of fir and pine trees to explore; whether you're hiking or mountain biking, this lush, dense forestry is sure to amaze. White you're viewing the wilderness, keep your eyes open for wildlife like mule deer, moose and elk, and be sure to look up at night to enjoy some stellar stargazing. The Three Frogs Campground is located in the Bitterroot Recreation Area, and is a popular site for quiet, easy-going group camping. Visitors can expect a good time along the various hiking trails and picnic tables, and also expect great wildlife viewing. While mountain biking, keep your eyes peeled for curious elk, moose or deer, as well as the occasional small creature and bird. Also be sure to look up at night through a clearing in the trees for a view of the gorgeous stars after dusk. 

The Schumaker Campground is located in the Bitterroot National Forest and sits on the edge of Twin Lakes. Though no motorized water sports are allowed on the lake, campers can look forward to plenty of peace and stillness to go paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Campers can also take advantage of the trails for hiking and mountain biking, but are encouraged to keep their eyes open for deer, moose, elk, birds and small creatures. Be sure to rise early or be still at dusk to catch one of those gorgeous red sunrises and sunsets. You won't be disappointed!

The Jennings Camp Campground is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and campers flock there continually to soak in those gorgeous views from the mountain peaks. With acres and acres of fir and pine trees filling the landscape, the campsite is also popular for its hiking and biking paths and wildlife viewing. Look forward to elk, deer and moose, as well as plenty of white fish and trout in the nearby East Fork of the Bitterroot River to fish. The campground is also popular for picnicking, so it's perfect if you're camping with a group. 

If you're looking for a beautiful and serene escape into the gorgeous mountains of the Lewis and Clark National Park, you'll be in for a treat at the Benchmark Campground. Neighbored by heavily wooden and the Wood Creek, this campsite is perfect for early mornings journeys down to the waterside for fishing and fresh air, and long, challenging hikes through the forest. Visitors can also take advantage of canoeing, kayaking, boating and swimming, as well as clear, dark skies for stargazing. 

The Ashley Lake North Campground is located along the sky blue waters of Ashley Lake and is an absolute treasure among visitors and locals alike. Take time at the waterside to fish for various types of trout or go water skiing or boating on the water during one of the area's many warm days. For those of you hoping for more relaxing activities, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing and swimming are also common at Ashley Lake. There's also plenty of space in and around the campsite for hiking, mountain biking and just plain exploring, so make sure to keep your trip schedule loose so you can really get lost in the gorgeous lakeside forest.

The Sylvia Lake Campground is a primitive site, with plenty of excellent mountain-scapes over the sea and sky. Look forward to lake activities such as trout fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing and fishing. There's also plenty of  gorgeous land for all of your hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding needs. Picnicking is also popular at this site, and a little known treat is stargazing. Stay out late and spread a blanket to enjoy the true beauty of the park. 

The Silvertip Cabin is located only a short walk from the Spotted River, and at an elevation of over 4,400 feet, is a great site for all types of outdoor activities. The cabin is only available on weekends, but during those few days, guests can enjoy great hiking and horseback riding trails, hunting and wildlife viewing. There are elk, moose, deer and a plethora of small creatures hidden within the forestry, so stay alert and curious! With plenty of fresh air and wide open space for exploring, this is a popular site so book early!

The Upper Stillwater Lake Campground is located is located in the Flathead National Forest and though it is a primitive campsite, it is very popular, especially around the summer months. The campsite is well-known for its gorgeous scenes and hiking trails, as well as fishing at the lake. Look forward to plenty of trout, and great weather for swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking and water skiing. Campers can also expect great wildlife viewing; keep your eyes open for curious deer, moose and elk, as well as beautiful birds near the lakeside.  

The Logging Creek Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Campers can look forward to an abundance of brook and rainbow trout in the creek, as well as peaceful water sports such as paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking and swimming. The campground is also known for a number of excellent trails, so get ready to conquer the Deep Creek National Recreation Trail and others.
