White you're viewing the wilderness, keep your eyes open for wildlife like mule deer, moose and elk, and be sure to look up at night to enjoy some stellar stargazing. Horseback riding is also popular so take advantage of the trails and paths around this campground. Camping during the winter time? Visitors can expect excellent slopes for sledding, snow shoeing and skiing!

Wood Cabin is located on the scenic shore of Lake Como, and offers campers a rustic, winter escape into the woods of Montana. Visitors can look forward to spectacular mountain views, and quiet all around, as well as number of activities at the lake. Rainbow and cuttroat trout fishing, boating, swimming and other water sports are popular on the lake. About three miles from the cabin is a gorgeous waterfall, and there's other beautiful natural features to explore. The Indian Creek Campground Deer Lodge is located in the scenic town of Deer Lodge, Montana and is surrounded by the gorgeous, Montana landscape. Look forward to excellent views of the mountain ranges and trees, as well as plenty of fresh air and space for hiking and mountain biking. Aside from being so steeped in a gorgeous natural setting, the campground is near to a number of excellent attractions. Visitors can look forward to the Grant-Kohrs Ranch, Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park and the Old Prison Complex. 

Alhambra RV Park in Clancy, MT sits on the site on a historic sanitariums and hot springs.  In the early 1900’s, people seeking rest and isolation arrived by the Great Northern Railroad at Alhambra station to visit the Alhambra or Sunnyside Sanatoriums.  For many years, visitors relaxed in the natural setting, enjoyed the pools, and felt refreshed by the mineral waters which was packaged and shipped all over the world until 1959 when fire destroyed the facilities.   Today, Clancy continues as a small community just 10 miles south of the state capital, Helena.
