The Vigilante Middle house is located at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest and is a quintessential cabin out in the southwest Montana forest. Because it's so deep in the forest, keep your eyes open for elk, moose and deer. This campsite is popular because of its proximity to a number of great outdoor activities. The East Fork Cabin is located in the Bitterroot National Forest at the East Fork of the forest. This means campers can look forward to excellent whitefish and trout fishing at the river, as well as acres upon acres of fir and pine trees to explore; whether you're hiking or mountain biking, this lush, dense forestry is sure to amaze. White you're viewing the wilderness, keep your eyes open for wildlife like mule deer, moose and elk, and be sure to look up at night to enjoy some stellar stargazing. Horseback riding is also popular so take advantage of the trails and paths around this campground. Camping during the winter time? Visitors can expect excellent slopes for sledding, snow shoeing and skiing!

The Swan Creek Campground is located in the scenic Gallatin Canyon, so get ready for a plethora of outdoor activities set in a gorgeous wilderness terrain. Campers can expect wildlife viewing, so when you visit, keep your eyes open for moose, bald eagles, bighorn sheep, elk and deer. Visitors can also take advantage of water sports like water rafting, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and of course, world-class fishing. Rainbow, brook, brown and cutthroat trout are common catches, but you may also snap a whitefish while you're out there. Hiking and mountain biking are also visitor favorites so be sure to bring your gear!

The Jennings Camp Campground is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and campers flock there continually to soak in those gorgeous views from the mountain peaks. With acres and acres of fir and pine trees filling the landscape, the campsite is also popular for its hiking and biking paths and wildlife viewing. Look forward to elk, deer and moose, as well as plenty of white fish and trout in the nearby East Fork of the Bitterroot River to fish. The campground is also popular for picnicking, so it's perfect if you're camping with a group. 

The Rombo Campground is located in a scenic area along the West Fork of the Bitterroot River, and is surrounded by yellow-bark poinderosa pine. Visitors can look forward to free air, and wide open spaces for hiking, biking and exploring, as well as the nearby river for water activities. This campground is popular for trout fishing at the river, as well as river rafting, boating and some swimming. The Painted Rocks Lake is also relatively close by for even more water fun and gorgeous views of the Montana wilderness. Also be sure to keep your eyes open for wildlife like deer, elk and curious moose, as well as the occasional small creature and bird. The Horse Creek Hot Spring is also nearby for a soak in pure, mineral water!

Halfway between the Glacier National Park and Yellowstone is the Deer lodge KOA. With Clark Fork River running right through it, campers can look forward to excellent fishing for brown trout. There's also a plethora of outdoor activities to keep campers busy and having fun. Visitors can look forward to horseshoes, badminton, scenic viewing and local attractions. Check out the Old Montana Prison Complex, Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site and the Montana Museum. The area is also known for its spectacular views, so get ready for beautiful scenes, and curious wildlife like elk, deer and moose. The Indian Trees Campground is located in the rugged Bitterroot National Forest. Campers can look forward to excellent fishing for cutthroat and other types of trout at the nearby Camp Creek. There's also several excellent hiking trails, so expect challenging paths along the Nez Perce National Historic Trail and a neighboring scenic trail. While visitors explore, they can keep their eyes open for wildlife such as mule and white-tailed deer, moose and elk, as well as smaller animals and birds. Big game hunting is popular at the Indian Trees Campground. Nearby are several great attractions like the Lost Trail hot Spring and neighboring creeks and streams.
