The Big Arm Campground is located in the Flathead Lake State Park and is a great place to bring your family and friends for a great Montana adventure. Campers can look forward to a plethora of excellent attractions like hiking the challenging and beautiful trails along the hills, as well as a number of water sports. If you like the water, you'll fall in love with Flathead Lake. Expansive, the lake has plenty of room for fishing, swimming, cruising, kayaking, canoeing, wind surfing and paddle boarding, as well as a stellar view of the horizon to catch one of those gorgeous Montana sunsets. 

The Philipsburg Bay Campground is adjacent Georgetown lake, and is perfect for a quiet yet adventure-filled outdoor experience. The site is popular for trout fishing, but is also great for wildlife viewing outside of the water. Keep your eyes peeled for elk, deer, moose and even bears, as well as the sights and smells of the gorgeous lush forests. Canoeing and boating are also popular, as is hiking and horseback riding. The Gordon Reese Cabin is located near the Chief Joseph Pass on the Montana-Idaho Border, and is a popular hike-in cabin used for warmth in the winter months. That being said, get ready for a breathtaking terrain perfect for snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. The area is also well-known for a dense, untouched landscape for hiking, biking and exploring, and curious wildlife. Keep your eyes open for mule deer, moose and elk! And of course, look up on those dark nights for excellent stargazing. 

The Doney Lake Cabin is located at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, and is a favorite among campers looking to immerse themselves in a gorgeous natural setting where fishing is easy and relaxing. Get ready for a number of excellent outdoor activities other than fishing. Campers can look forward to big game hunting, nature viewing, wildlife viewing for elk, deer and moose and hiking along the beautiful and challenging paths. Winter sports are also popular, so look forward to snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. At a high elevation, campers can expect mild summers and fresh air, so pack a bag and head up to the Doney Lake Cabin. The site is very primitive and doesn't include water, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need!

The Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest is located close to Georgetown Lake. If you like fishing, you'll absolutely love this lake. Look forward to ice and pond fishing for various species of trout, and calm, beautiful waters for canoeing, kayaking or boating. Water skiing and swimming are also popular at this park. The air is fresh, clean and clear, making it ideal for picnicking and stargazing. The are is quiet, well-maintained and beautiful, and is great for your next Montana getaway. 

The Orofino Campground and Picnic Area is located in southwest, Montana. At an elevation of over 6,500 feet, expect fresh air, mild weather and plenty of space for exploring, hiking and biking. This area is popular among campers looking to escape into a quiet, lush setting, so get ready for a peaceful environment and easy-going camping. There's also curious elk, deer and moss around, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for them! They're friendly and beautiful. 

Wood Cabin is located on the scenic shore of Lake Como, and offers campers a rustic, winter escape into the woods of Montana. Visitors can look forward to spectacular mountain views, and quiet all around, as well as number of activities at the lake. Rainbow and cuttroat trout fishing, boating, swimming and other water sports are popular on the lake. About three miles from the cabin is a gorgeous waterfall, and there's other beautiful natural features to explore. Be sure to bring your hiking boots and mountain bike with you, as well as your gear for ice fishing, snow shoeing and skiing. There's so much to do at this cabin, that you'll want to extent your trip!

The Alta Campground is located in the scenic wilderness of the Bitterroot National Forest, near the West Form of the Bitterroot River. The yellow-barked ponderosa pine tower over most campsites, and campers can also look forward to an excellent angler and trout fishing opportunity at the riverside. There's also plenty of space by the water for water sports like swimming, kayaking and some boating. While you're at the campsite, keep your eyes open for wildlife like elk, deer and moose, and don't be shy about exploring on foot or bike. There's plenty to see and experience. There's also nearby attractions for campers to enjoy, such as Hughes Creek and natural hot springs just 18 miles from the campground.
