The Wade Lake Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest and is a mainstay among visitors for camping and exploring. Campers can look forward to plenty of trout fishing, as well as tons of space on the water for activities like kayaking, canoeing, boating and paddle boarding. Not a huge fan of the water? Soak in the landscape through hiking the gorgeous trails of mountain biking the challenging trails. Picnicking is another favorite at this campground is if you're a fan of fun with friends around sandwiches and juices, this park's numerous picnic tables will make you super happy. Surrounded by thriving fir and pine trees, this campground provides campers with the perfect environment to have a relaxing and fun getaway. 

The Black Sandy State Park is located in Helena, Montana and is one of the area's most popular camping spots. Get ready for a wide variety of outdoor activities, so plan for a long vacation. Visitors can look forward to picnicking at the parks that line the Hauser Reservoir, or go fishing at any of the numerous bodies of water at the state park. Mountain biking and picnicking are very popular, but be sure to pause at dawn or dusk to see the spectacular sky show!

The Hay Canyon Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, Montana. There are several gorgeous hiking trails as well as fishing access. Campers can look forward to catching thick, healthy trout and a calm waterside near the canyon. Look forward to plenty of peace and quiet, as well as clear skies for stargazing, and breathtaking red skies at sunrise and sunset. 

The Indian Hill Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, and is popular particularly among hikers. If you love to explore thick, lush forestry and challenging trails, this is a great spot, especially since there are great views from the various peaks. The South Fork of Judith River is nearby, so get ready for excellent trout fishing, and other water activities such as whitewater rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Visitors can also look forward to gorgeous skies at sunrise and sunset, and a clear atmosphere for stellar star gazing. 

Come intimately explore the Big Sky County at Dillon KOA. Plan for a few days as there are many historic sites to visit!
