The Grave Creek Campground is located in the Kootenai National Forest and is a great place to lose yourself in the gorgeous Montana mountain side. Wildlife and scenic viewing is also common at this park, so keep your eyes open and your camera handy to soak in the views of the gorgeous mountainside as well as the curious elk, deer and moose that roam the wilderness. 

The Star Meadows Guard Station Cabin is located in near Tally Lake. Campers can look forward to world-class trout fishing at the lake, boating, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. The area is thick with lush, thriving forestry, so visitors can also expect excellent hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, as well as plenty of fresh air. Hunting is also popular at this cabin, as is wildlife viewing and winter sports like sow shoeing, sledding and skiing. Just in front of the cabin is a small, grassy area, ideal for fun family events and group games, so bring your soccer and footballs for hours of group games! 

The Sylvia Lake Campground is a primitive site, with plenty of excellent mountain-scapes over the sea and sky. Look forward to lake activities such as trout fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing and fishing. There's also plenty of  gorgeous land for all of your hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding needs. Picnicking is also popular at this site, and a little known treat is stargazing. Stay out late and spread a blanket to enjoy the true beauty of the park. 

The Howard Lake Campground is located at the Kootenai National Forest. Campers can look forward to hiking the gorgeous paths and mountain ranges, and trails for mountain biking. Keep your eyes peeled as you explore your way through the fir and pine trees for moose, elk, bald eagles and deer; they're curious and normally friendly! Fishing and other water activities are also popular, so look forward to cruising, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking. 

The McGregor lake campground is located in the Kootenai National Forest and has been a mainstay for outdoor enthusiasts for decades. Campers can look forward to plenty of trout fishing, as well as tons of space on the water for activities like kayaking, canoeing, boating and paddle boarding. Not a huge fan of the water? Soak in the landscape through hiking the gorgeous trails of mountain biking the challenging trails. Picnicking is another favorite at this campground is if you're a fan of fun with friends around sandwiches and juices, this park's numerous picnic tables will make you super happy. Surrounded by thriving fir and pine trees, this campground provides campers with the perfect environment to have a relaxing and fun getaway.

The Home Gulch Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, Montana, and is a popular campsite for its location along the north fork of the Sun River. Campers can look forward to a plethora of iconic outdoor activities such as fishing for rainbow and cutthroat trout, boating, kayaking and light swimming. Visitors can also enjoy exploring the gorgeous hills and peaks on foot or on bicycles, and see some breathtaking scenes and wildlife. Picnicking is also another popular event, with plenty of flat spots and fresh air for a great time under the sun.  

The McGillivray Campground is located in Libby, Montana, adjacent to a reservoir. The Mt. Wam Lookout Cabin is located at the Kootenai National Forest, and is a popular spot for enjoying the great Montana outdoors. The lookout offers breathtaking views of the Canada Rockies, and from this vantage point, visitors can enjoy excellent sunrises, sunsets and clear skies for stargazing. While you're out hiking, mountain biking and even snow shoeing, keep your eyes open for curious wildlife like elk, deer and moose, as well as a few bears and wolves. Birding is also very popular here so be sure to keep your camera handy!

The Kintla lake Campground is located in the Glacier National Park and so is a gorgeous oasis of pure Montana forestry and lakes. It's remote and located at the park's North Fork area where there's plenty of quiet and plenty of shade. Trout fishing and non-motorized sports like canoeing and kayaking are common on this lake, but also get ready for some spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the waterside. And don't forget your hiking boots! This area is popular for excellent paths and challenging trails, so get ready for a tough and peaceful hike!
