The Missoula KOA is located within the city of Missoula and surrounded by the Rocky Mountains. The East Fork Cabin is located in the Bitterroot National Forest at the East Fork of the forest. This means campers can look forward to excellent whitefish and trout fishing at the river, as well as acres upon acres of fir and pine trees to explore; whether you're hiking or mountain biking, this lush, dense forestry is sure to amaze. White you're viewing the wilderness, keep your eyes open for wildlife like mule deer, moose and elk, and be sure to look up at night to enjoy some stellar stargazing. Horseback riding is also popular so take advantage of the trails and paths around this campground. Camping during the winter time? Visitors can expect excellent slopes for sledding, snow shoeing and skiing!

Kenck Cabin is a lodge for rent in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Campers visit for the beautiful and serene surroundings along the South Fork Sun River, and the wildlife viewing. Expect elk and bear, smaller creatures and birds, as well as a wonderfully peaceful space for relaxation. It is bear country, so keep on high alert as you hike and explore the area. 

The Jennings Camp Campground is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and campers flock there continually to soak in those gorgeous views from the mountain peaks. With acres and acres of fir and pine trees filling the landscape, the campsite is also popular for its hiking and biking paths and wildlife viewing. Look forward to elk, deer and moose, as well as plenty of white fish and trout in the nearby East Fork of the Bitterroot River to fish. The campground is also popular for picnicking, so it's perfect if you're camping with a group. 

The Rombo Campground is located in a scenic area along the West Fork of the Bitterroot River, and is surrounded by yellow-bark poinderosa pine. Visitors can look forward to free air, and wide open spaces for hiking, biking and exploring, as well as the nearby river for water activities. This campground is popular for trout fishing at the river, as well as river rafting, boating and some swimming. The Painted Rocks Lake is also relatively close by for even more water fun and gorgeous views of the Montana wilderness. Also be sure to keep your eyes open for wildlife like deer, elk and curious moose, as well as the occasional small creature and bird. The Horse Creek Hot Spring is also nearby for a soak in pure, mineral water!

The Holland Lake Campground is located near the Holland Falls National Recreation Trail. At an elevation of over 4,500 feet, visitors can enjoy the mild weather, thick foliage and plenty of shade. There's also several excellent trails that take campers up and around some of the most beautiful spots of the Holland Falls area. Don't be shy! You don't have to limit yourself to hiking; get your mountain bike out of the garage and have a blast at these trails if you can. There's also plenty of fishing to be done at Holland Lake; there's a variety of trout and salmon and a wide lake surface that's perfect for canoeing, kayaking, swimming and boating.

The Sun Canyon L&C Campground is located in a lush, yet rugged area within the Lew and Clark National Forest, and is conveniently situated along the Gibson Reservoir. Visitors can look forward to excellent fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking, with gorgeous sights over the water's surface at dusk and dawn. The campground is also popular for biking and hiking so be sure to pack well so you can truly explore the trails and unmarked territory of the forest. The Lewis and Clark Forest has quite the population of bears, so be sure to keep an eye open while you're out wildlife viewing and climbing the inclines.
