The campsite/bed and breakfast is popular for its proximity to the Middle Fork of the Flathead River, the Great Bear Wilderness and the Glacier National Park. The open meadows around nearby river provide an excellent space for wildlife viewing, so look forward to bears, elk, mule deer, moose and small creatures while you journey through the numerous hiking and biking trails. Fishing is also very popular here, so look forward to kokanee salmon, white fish and various species of trout, but also be sure to explore the inland areas through day hikes and mountain biking.

The Bigfork Motor Coach Resort is located near the Bigfork and Flathead Lake Area. This is an ideal summer lake setting, nestled in the beautiful, artistic village of Pitchfork, Montana.
