Serene, beautiful and off the beaten Montana trail is the Racetrack Cabin. The small building is tucked away within the dense forest and is well-known is a quiet safe-haven for hunters, and retreat from the curious bears roaming around outside. At an elevation of over 6,300 feet, expect a cool climate and acres of green vegetation. Popular outdoor activities include: hiking the various trails, or trout fishing at Racetrack Creek. Vacationers can also look forward to winter sports such as snowboarding and skiing. An hour drive from the cabin will take campers to the city for supplies, fine, local dining and even some live music or a historic site or two. 

The White house Campground is located in at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge Forest. Get ready for amazing scenes of distant mountain ranges, fresh air from the high elevation and great weather for your Montana adventure. Popular in late spring/summer, the campground is known for ATV paths, mountain biking, hiking trails and horseback riding. During the winter months, skiing and snow mobile-driving is popular, and of course, plenty of fishing at Thunderbolt Creek.  

The Doney Lake Cabin is located at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, and is a favorite among campers looking to immerse themselves in a gorgeous natural setting where fishing is easy and relaxing. Get ready for a number of excellent outdoor activities other than fishing. Campers can look forward to big game hunting, nature viewing, wildlife viewing for elk, deer and moose and hiking along the beautiful and challenging paths. Winter sports are also popular, so look forward to snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. At a high elevation, campers can expect mild summers and fresh air, so pack a bag and head up to the Doney Lake Cabin. The site is very primitive and doesn't include water, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need!

The Indian Creek Campground Deer Lodge is located in the scenic town of Deer Lodge, Montana and is surrounded by the gorgeous, Montana landscape. Look forward to excellent views of the mountain ranges and trees, as well as plenty of fresh air and space for hiking and mountain biking. Aside from being so steeped in a gorgeous natural setting, the campground is near to a number of excellent attractions. Visitors can look forward to the Grant-Kohrs Ranch, Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park and the Old Prison Complex. 

The Whitetail Creek Motel and RV Park is located in Whitehall, Montana and is a popular spot for exploring some of Montana's most pristine natural environments. Campers can look forward to gorgeous fir and pine trees as well as the beautiful banks of the creek. Be sure to take your fishing line to plumb the creek for trout, and picnic blankets for enjoying an easy-going afternoon at the water's edge. There's also plenty of open land for hiking and biking, as well as local attractions in the town of Whitetail, such as a museum, excellent eateries and a number of camping conveniences like supply and food stores.

The Boulder Creek Lodge and RV Park is located in Hall, and is great place for a group excursion into the beautiful landscape of Montana. Lose yourself among the tall, thriving fir and pine, and the excellent hiking and mountain biking paths throughout the forest surrounding the lodge. Campers can also enjoy activities such as hunting, historic sightseeing, biking, volleyball and badminton, as at a well-managed site. Mining for precious gems is another popular activity, and visitors can tour the nearby ghost town or go fishing at the nearby lake. 

The Big Hole River RV Park is located in the cozy town of Wisdom, Montana. Thousands of campers visit each year to take advantage of the fresh air and gorgeous views of multiple mountain ranges all around the park. Visitors can look forward to touring the Big Hole Battlefield, Bannack State Park, Chief Joseph Pass and a number of pools and springs. While you explore, keep your eyes open for the curious wildlife like bears, elk and deer. Many guests also make it a point to spread their blankets out at night for some excellent stargazing!

The Mussigbrod Campground is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. Campers love these grounds because of the number of excellent activities they can enjoy, including horseback riding and scenic viewing. Wildlife viewing is also popular, so keep your eyes open for mule deer, elk and moose, as well as small creatures and birds. If you like water activities, you'll love this campground; at the nearby lake, campers can look forward to whitefish and trout fishing, non-motorized boating and swimming.
