The Jennings Camp Campground is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and campers flock there continually to soak in those gorgeous views from the mountain peaks. With acres and acres of fir and pine trees filling the landscape, the campsite is also popular for its hiking and biking paths and wildlife viewing. Look forward to elk, deer and moose, as well as plenty of white fish and trout in the nearby East Fork of the Bitterroot River to fish. The campground is also popular for picnicking, so it's perfect if you're camping with a group. 

The Rombo Campground is located in a scenic area along the West Fork of the Bitterroot River, and is surrounded by yellow-bark poinderosa pine. Visitors can look forward to free air, and wide open spaces for hiking, biking and exploring, as well as the nearby river for water activities. This campground is popular for trout fishing at the river, as well as river rafting, boating and some swimming. The Painted Rocks Lake is also relatively close by for even more water fun and gorgeous views of the Montana wilderness. The Gird Point Lookout Cabin is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and is popular because it's so secluded from most other parks. Keep your eyes peeled for elk, deer, moose and even bears, as well as the sights and smells of the gorgeous lush forests. Canoeing and boating are also popular, as is hiking and horseback riding. The high elevation ensures excellent weather for all kinds of activities, so be sure to plan a long trip to experience it all!

The Warm Springs Campground and Picnic Area is located on two acres of gorgeous lodgepole forest. The Warm Springs Creek runs adjacent to the campground and is perfect for fishing and wildlife viewing, with excellent scenes at dawn and dusk. Be sure to pack gear for hiking and mountain biking, and while your outside, keep yours eyes peel for wildlife like elk and curious small animals. Of course, picnicking is another common activity at this park, so remember to pack big spray and blankets!

The Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest is located close to Georgetown Lake. If you like fishing, you'll absolutely love this lake. Look forward to ice and pond fishing for various species of trout, and calm, beautiful waters for canoeing, kayaking or boating. Water skiing and swimming are also popular at this park. The air is fresh, clean and clear, making it ideal for picnicking and stargazing. The are is quiet, well-maintained and beautiful, and is great for your next Montana getaway. 

The Spring Hill Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Lodgepole Pine Forests of southwestern Montana, and runs adjacent to the Warms Springs Creek. Campers can look forward to a number of great outdoor activities, all within acres and acres of fresh, gorgeous pines, and at an elevation of over 3,000 feet. Popular at the campground is wildlife viewing; catch an occasional and curious elk, deer, moose and bighorn sheep. Visitors can expect excellent rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout fishing at the lake and plenty of room for horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking. The historic town of Anaconda is also only a short drive away, so be sure to set aside some time for a quick visit there! Within another few miles are

The Indian Trees Campground is located in the rugged Bitterroot National Forest. Campers can look forward to excellent fishing for cutthroat and other types of trout at the nearby Camp Creek. There's also several excellent hiking trails, so expect challenging paths along the Nez Perce National Historic Trail and a neighboring scenic trail. While visitors explore, they can keep their eyes open for wildlife such as mule and white-tailed deer, moose and elk, as well as smaller animals and birds. Big game hunting is popular at the Indian Trees Campground. Nearby are several great attractions like the Lost Trail hot Spring and neighboring creeks and streams.
