We are also just up the road from the Meramec Music Theatre! We have hosted many guests that have enjoyed listening to their favorite music groups! We are about 10 minutes from the Meramec Spring Park! Enjoy a hike at the beautiful natural spring, the rainbow trout at the hatchery, or fishing along the river! Convenience! We are also getting ready to add a bath/shower/laundry facility to our park as well as some other improvements and amenities! We ask that dogs be kept under control as we have chickens working hard to keep bugs and ticks to a minimum!  We have acres of woods trails to wander and possibly an alligator to "I Spy". No worries about getting lost. All sides of the campground are safely fenced.   Pardon our mess as we renovate our bathrooms over the next few months. We plan to be complete before the 2019 spring season begins. We are open year round and have accommodations for full time living.   We are excited to have a COMMUNITY GARDEN where all campers can get their hands dirty and play in the garden or just wander through the plants and smell the beauty and be enticed by the butterflies and nature. Our Campground Clubhouse is a unique experience of coffee and tea and a lovely place to borrow books, play games, study puzzles and other sorts of activities to appease your mind.   There are a lot of attractions nearby since we are located in the middle of EVERYWHERE! You will never be bored! The Gasconade River is nearby for scenic fishing and kayaking. At&T and T-Mobile cell phone services usually have the best connection. We like to be a place people can unplug from technology a bit and enjoy the beauty of the land.   ** We are located on a curve and tucked behind trees on Hwy 133 se we are easily missed. Make sure to watch your GPS carefully!  We are 4 miles north of Dixon on hwy 133 (follow the Meta signs). Watch for county road HH (Santee church is on the corner) and you will find us less than a mile further down the road on the right!
