We are a seasonal/full time RV park ONLY.  We do not offer daily sites, tent camping or reserving a site with a vehicle only. Sites #1- #4 are 85' + Pull Throughs while Sites #5 -#13 are pull/back in but all 13 sites include FULL hookups - 20/30/50 Amp Electric - year-round water (bring a pressure regulator, our water pressure is great!)- 4" sewer. Huge clean restrooms (sorry, no showers).   Each site has a picnic table and fire pit (firewood NOT provided so please bring your own).

With provided quality float trips in canoes, kayaks or tandem kayaks (2 seater), a river adventure is waiting for you! Trout fishing for browns and rainbows is excellent in the clear, cold waters of this spring-fed stream. Turkey and deer abound providing exciting Spring and Fall hunting expeditions. Lodging includes cabins and trailers on the river that sleep up to 12, as well as riverfront camping. The general store is well stocked with supplies to make your stay a pleasant one. Just two sites on our property, both with extraordinary views of The Big Piney River in Dixon, Mo.  Our sites offer walk-in access to the water for swimming, floating, and fishing. Each site has BBQ accommodations, as well as a picnic table and spot for roasting marshmallows.  Only 20 minutes from Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. and a few less to St. Robert for supplies.  Borrow our tubes or bring your own floating devices for a delightful mini float downstream to cool off after an otherwise scorcher of a day. Under NEW ownership in 2018! We are a military veteran family who loves adventure and believes everyone should spend more time outdoors playing! We have over 30 acres of Ozark Terrain to explore!   We are located on the very spot of the HOME of Bluegrass (Bluegrass Pickin' Time Festival)  that was started by Bill and Mona Jones in 1969. The original stage is still here and is under renovation to become a living historical building that hopes to have music played on it once again!  We are a family friendly, ATV friendly, and pet friendly campground and RV park. We encourage all types of camping styles and hookups. No extra charge for big families. We ask that dogs be kept under control as we have chickens working hard to keep bugs and ticks to a minimum!  We have acres of woods trails to wander and possibly an alligator to "I Spy". No worries about getting lost. All sides of the campground are safely fenced.   Pardon our mess as we renovate our bathrooms over the next few months. We plan to be complete before the 2019 spring season begins. We are open year round and have accommodations for full time living.   We are excited to have a COMMUNITY GARDEN where all campers can get their hands dirty and play in the garden or just wander through the plants and smell the beauty and be enticed by the butterflies and nature. Our Campground Clubhouse is a unique experience of coffee and tea and a lovely place to borrow books, play games, study puzzles and other sorts of activities to appease your mind.   There are a lot of attractions nearby since we are located in the middle of EVERYWHERE! You will never be bored! The Gasconade River is nearby for scenic fishing and kayaking. The list of activities nearby are endless: Bridal Caves, HaHaTonka Castle, antique shopping, nature walking, mushroom hunting, shopping and sightseeing at nearby Osage Beach, Ft Leonard Wood Army Base, Jefferson City, museums and even 6 Flags is within a 2 hour drive!   We have more pictures and updated specials posted on Instagram and Facebook. #oldbluegrasscampground    Due to our location and unavailability of internet, we do not have internet Wi-Fi available. At&T and T-Mobile cell phone services usually have the best connection. We like to be a place people can unplug from technology a bit and enjoy the beauty of the land.   ** We are located on a curve and tucked behind trees on Hwy 133 se we are easily missed. Make sure to watch your GPS carefully!  We are 4 miles north of Dixon on hwy 133 (follow the Meta signs). Watch for county road HH (Santee church is on the corner) and you will find us less than a mile further down the road on the right!

Meramec Springs Country Store and RV Park includes 49 RV sites, all with water, electric, and sewer hookups. The park includes free Wi-Fi, propane sales, and a dump station.
