The Woodlands Acres Campground is a 400-acre family-owned and operated property.  The number of sites has been limited to enhance the private up north feel.   In addition to the amazing rolling terrain the Woodlands Acres property is blessed to have three ponds as well as a 48-acre lake for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Marion Michigan is located on M-66 just southeast of Cadillac, in Central Northern Michigan. We are a small rural community nestled in the heart of some of Michigan's finest recreational lands. Veteran's Memorial Park boasts an exceptional, full-service campground, situated on the Middle Branch River Walk. The Middle Branch River is a designated trout stream where Brown and Brook trout are a test of the angler's skills. In addition to trout, pan fish, bluegill, bass, and walleye can be found in area lakes and streams. There is a grocery store and gas stations/party stores and restaurants within walking distance of the campground. The park offers a children's playground, a large basketball court, pavilions, baseball/softball fields, and a disc golf course.
