The Woodlands Acres Campground is a 400-acre family-owned and operated property.  The number of sites has been limited to enhance the private up north feel.   In addition to the amazing rolling terrain the Woodlands Acres property is blessed to have three ponds as well as a 48-acre lake for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Veteran's Memorial Park boasts an exceptional, full-service campground, situated on the Middle Branch River Walk. The Middle Branch River is a designated trout stream where Brown and Brook trout are a test of the angler's skills. In addition to trout, pan fish, bluegill, bass, and walleye can be found in area lakes and streams. There is a grocery store and gas stations/party stores and restaurants within walking distance of the campground. This is a really nice park that has a lot going for it at a great price. The location is really nice as its right in the beautiful nature yet only 10 minutes away from is a great city with lots of places to visit! There is a great selection of rather spacious and wide sites to choose from that would fit a lot of RV’s as well as having all the amenities people need. There are a lot of fun activities to do here as well that really helps people get together, have a good time, and relax. Overall this place is a great place to visit for any duration of time that won’t hurt your pocketbook very much!
