The Northern Lights Campground is located just off Highway M-95, one of the main north-south routes in the Central Upper Peninsula, in North Republic, between the shores of the Michigamme River and School Lake. We offers great fishing, boating, and kayaking on the Michigamme River. The park features 11 30/50 amp electric and water hookup sites, 12 spacious rustic sites located in a natural setting, and cable TV and Wi-Fi. The RV sites are located in an open setting with gravel roads and site pads with each featuring a campfire ring and a picnic table. This is a really nice park that has a lot going for it at a great price. The location is really nice as its right in the beautiful nature yet only 10 minutes away from is a great city with lots of places to visit! There is a great selection of rather spacious and wide sites to choose from that would fit a lot of RV’s as well as having all the amenities people need. There are a lot of fun activities to do here as well that really helps people get together, have a good time, and relax. Overall this place is a great place to visit for any duration of time that won’t hurt your pocketbook very much!
