We are located at 1204 Campground Rd in Clarkrange, Tennessee. Our vision is to offer camping spots--nightly to yearly--for folks who would just like to experience country life. Our fields are surrounded by beautiful pastures and grazing cows. Eric and I are often amused every day by the 13 head of cows traipsing down to the water pond to cool off every day around 2pm. Although our pond, at the moment, is shrouded by tall trees, we plan to get busy on thinning them out in late November, after the famous Appalachian "changing of the leaves" season. By late next spring, we plan to have a pretty walkway around the pond, along with benches and adirondack chairs for your enjoyment.

Located at the Haysi Ridgeview Trailhead, Mountain Top Campground is a hiker's paradise, offering access to approximately 200 miles of trails. Lakeside Marina Campground is a campground located near Lakeside, Iowa, on the shores of Storm Lake, a 3,200-acre natural lake. It features full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull-through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Becoming a Seasonal Camper Please contact the marina office if you are interested in becoming a seasonal camper. The marina office will be able to provide current openings or put your name on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list you will be called as soon as a seasonal campsite becomes open. You can also be put on the waiting list for the following season. We begin calling on that list the first week of January. There is no obligation from being put on the list. Once you become a seasonal camper you will be required to have $100,000 liability insurance on your camper. The campground closes on October 31st at 2:00 PM. Your camper can be left on grounds for storage purposes only. The grounds are locked off and permission must be obtained from management for access to the grounds. Each year the contract for your site will automatically renew unless seasonal site prices are changed or if there are any changes to the lease. If at any time you wish to change sites your name will be put on a waiting list. Seasonal campers have first choice of sites when they become available Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include a marina with a boat launch, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. The excitement of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series racing comes to Bristol, Tennessee twice a year, and Pole Position Campground puts you in the midst of all the heart-pounding action. Next to the famed Bristol Motor Speedway, Pole Position Campground is an easy walk from the race track. Pole Position offers hundreds of 20’ x 50’ level camping sites available in three tiers. Each site offers full hookups with 50 amp electric service and our campground includes a large bathhouse with full shower facilities.  In 2020, the campground will be open March 30th-April 6th, June 18th - June 22nd, and September 13th-September 20th. Explore the natural beauty of the Tennessee Valley in a pastoral farm setting surrounded by the beauty & grace of llamas.  The Lazy Llama Campground is a unique new family owned and operated campground in Northeast Tennessee.  The campground is part of a 22-acre llama farm which is home to over 40 llamas and various other livestock including miniature donkeys and friendly emus.  It features 31 campsites nestled among several large 40+ year-old maple trees.  Most of the sites are big-rig friendly including six 35' x 75'-100' pull-through accessible. The park provides free excellent WiFi (150 mbps), sewer, water, and 50/30/20 amp electrical service at all sites.  We are pet-friendly of course with large green space to walk your dogs.  Unique Activities  The park includes llama trails through the woods and pastures for walking among the animals on the farm, Storytelling Llama Hikes, and llama activities. Come join us with your tiny house on 10 acres of beautiful mountain views on the Cherokee National Forest. We are a year-round, full time living, community with a salt water pool, onsite laundry facility and a catch and release fish pond. We also offer shower and bath facilities along with primitive camping, so if your company can’t fit in your tiny house, they can come visit anyway! Tell them to pack a tent! We also welcome artists and performers for community entertainment at the pavilion. We are 5 minutes from one of the most desirable waterfalls in the Greenville area, Margarette Falls. We are 15 minutes from Tusculum college, shopping, groceries and restaurants in Greenville, TN. We are also 45 minutes from Johnson City and one hour from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge area. Sherry has owned Old Mountain Campground since 2008, which she built with her late husband. She lives on site and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a feeling of security to residences. Her newest vision is to see a tiny house community on the property. Sites are available with private atmosphere for tiny houses. All spots provide water and septic and electricity is paid by tiny house dweller. Four 30 amp sites are available currently with more to come. So bring a neighbor or two with you! 50 amp sites can be discussed upon request. Sites are $325 a month and electric is .15 per KWH.
