We are located at 1204 Campground Rd in Clarkrange, Tennessee. Our vision is to offer camping spots--nightly to yearly--for folks who would just like to experience country life. Our fields are surrounded by beautiful pastures and grazing cows. Eric and I are often amused every day by the 13 head of cows traipsing down to the water pond to cool off every day around 2pm. Although our pond, at the moment, is shrouded by tall trees, we plan to get busy on thinning them out in late November, after the famous Appalachian "changing of the leaves" season. By late next spring, we plan to have a pretty walkway around the pond, along with benches and adirondack chairs for your enjoyment.

Located at the Haysi Ridgeview Trailhead, Mountain Top Campground is a hiker's paradise, offering access to approximately 200 miles of trails. The area also features an ATV trail also accommodates horse trails, hikers, bicyclists, and motorcycles. Operated by the Haysi Kiwanis, Mountain Top Campground offers 18 brand-new full hook up RV sites and 18 primitive tent sites along with shower and restroom facilities to accommodate the primitive sites. Mountain Top is also located close to the Russell Fork River, which offers access for fishing, kayaking /canoeing /tubing and swimming. During the month of October, with the release of water from the John Flanagan, Dickenson County and the Russell Fork become a popular destination for white water rafters.

Meadow Creek Mountain Ranch, located near Parrottsville, Tennessee offers full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly with many of them being pull through accessible. We are a SXS/UTV friendly campground within riding distance to Pickett State Forest! We have something for everyone - with or without a SXS! We have camp shacks, full service cabins, and full hookup campsites! Laurel Creek Campground, formerly Cherokee Ridge, is located just a few miles from Pickett State Forest and Big South Fork! We are ATV-friendly and within riding distance of Blackhouse Mountain trail system, and close to multiple hiking and bridle trail systems! Lakeside Marina Campground is a campground located near Lakeside, Iowa, on the shores of Storm Lake, a 3,200-acre natural lake. It features full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull-through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Becoming a Seasonal Camper Please contact the marina office if you are interested in becoming a seasonal camper. The marina office will be able to provide current openings or put your name on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list you will be called as soon as a seasonal campsite becomes open. You can also be put on the waiting list for the following season. We begin calling on that list the first week of January. There is no obligation from being put on the list. Once you become a seasonal camper you will be required to have $100,000 liability insurance on your camper. The campground closes on October 31st at 2:00 PM. Your camper can be left on grounds for storage purposes only. The grounds are locked off and permission must be obtained from management for access to the grounds. Each year the contract for your site will automatically renew unless seasonal site prices are changed or if there are any changes to the lease. If at any time you wish to change sites your name will be put on a waiting list. Seasonal campers have first choice of sites when they become available Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include a marina with a boat launch, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Explore the natural beauty of the Tennessee Valley in a pastoral farm setting surrounded by the beauty & grace of llamas.  The Lazy Llama Campground is a unique new family owned and operated campground in Northeast Tennessee.  The campground is part of a 22-acre llama farm which is home to over 40 llamas and various other livestock including miniature donkeys and friendly emus.  It features 31 campsites nestled among several large 40+ year-old maple trees.  Most of the sites are big-rig friendly including six 35' x 75'-100' pull-through accessible. The park provides free excellent WiFi (150 mbps), sewer, water, and 50/30/20 amp electrical service at all sites.  We are pet-friendly of course with large green space to walk your dogs.  Unique Activities  The park includes llama trails through the woods and pastures for walking among the animals on the farm, Storytelling Llama Hikes, and llama activities. Three Springs Campground is nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mtns and boasts a protected ecosystem. All of our RV Camping sites feature grass lawns, shade trees, a picnic table, a fire pit, 20/30/50 amp sites, water, and WiFi. Life is so much better around a campfire!
