Located in the Ohio Valley along Eagle Creek in Ripley, Ohio. Logan's Gap is a family-friendly camping destination. Our RV sites offer 30 amp electric and water hook-ups. NO FULL HOOK-UP sites. We also have a dump station located near the entrance to the park. We have 22 daily sites as well as 100 seasonal sites, plus primitive tent camping. Our season runs from May 1st to October 31st. The John Rankin House and the John Parker House.  Located 25 miles east on Route 50 is the birthplace of President Ulysses S. Grant. Just across the Ohio River are the historic towns of Maysville, KY, and Augusta, KY. Maysville offers a variety of shopping and dining locations. Brooks RV Park is the safest RV Park in the Louisville area, its beautifully landscaped; with 77 all full hook-up RV sites, and located just 1.8 miles from I-65! We are the only RV Park in Louisville Kentucky with creek front and or concrete pad sites. We are conveniently and centrally located for easy access to all Louisville, KY has to offer. Far enough away from the Freeway so there is no road noise. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles. South Park Country Club and The Crossings Golf Courses are adjacent to the park. We are located near shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, the bourbon distillery trail, and many other attractions. Many are less than 8 miles away. Daily rates for full hookup starting at $35-$45 a night, weekly starting at $220-$275, and monthly rates start at $445 and go up to $695 for the preferred creek front with concrete pad sites. We also offer over-sized, pull through sites, and a combo of creek front concrete pad, oversized, hill side, and pull through sites. (All rates include tax and electric except our monthly). All sites include water, sewer, dumpster service on lot 62, lawn care and monitored security cameras in beautiful and very Safe Park. All sites are 50 amp, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters for sale for a $20 fee. Currently Wi-Fi is broadcast and available near the center lot 50. Come and enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in this Resort like RV Park with a creek. The park has paved roads, and this is a big rig park that can handle coaches as large as 50 feet. Because we are conveniently located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area, please know there is a nearby train track that comes by a few times a day, but you get used to it, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International airport, but there is no freeway noise which can be very loud. We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have credit card laundry facilities on site. There are showers within 2 miles at the Pilot gas station on I-65. For long term RV guests only, we require RVs to be 10 years or newer and a free application. We do give variances to some Airstream and restored classic RVs with a picture pre-approval by Management. Lakeside Marina Campground is a campground located near Lakeside, Iowa, on the shores of Storm Lake, a 3,200-acre natural lake. It features full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull-through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Becoming a Seasonal Camper Please contact the marina office if you are interested in becoming a seasonal camper. The marina office will be able to provide current openings or put your name on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list you will be called as soon as a seasonal campsite becomes open. You can also be put on the waiting list for the following season. We begin calling on that list the first week of January. There is no obligation from being put on the list. Once you become a seasonal camper you will be required to have $100,000 liability insurance on your camper. The campground closes on October 31st at 2:00 PM. Your camper can be left on grounds for storage purposes only. The grounds are locked off and permission must be obtained from management for access to the grounds. Each year the contract for your site will automatically renew unless seasonal site prices are changed or if there are any changes to the lease. If at any time you wish to change sites your name will be put on a waiting list. Seasonal campers have first choice of sites when they become available Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include a marina with a boat launch, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities.
