Our camp sites have been open to the public for over 25 years, catering to the camping needs of locals and tourists alike. Beautiful private property off the grid primitive camping overlooking the Green River in Beaver Dam, KY. 10.2 acres of endless adventures! Three designated areas for camper/pop up/camping van/ECT that can accommodate a 40 foot camper FYI it is dry camping! A must see!!! Take some time for yourself to truly appreciate the land and relax with mental clarity! From the top to the bottom of site sits at a 60 degree angle it’s among the top five highest points in Ohio County. That being said we do advise taking some time in the daylight to explore the land. Drop offs at the top of the property have been marked for safety.(Explore at your own risk!) Kid and pet friendly. Price includes portable potty chair with 9 pack of bio degradable disposable/reusable bags we also offer generators upon request. (For an additional fee) Campers are welcome to burn wood off the land but, (no cutting off the land) You’re also welcome to bring your own wood for camp fires. Ten additional designated and undesignated tent camp sites. Solar powered motion lights are spaced throughout the property if you choose to use them. We are a small full hook up campground (water, septic and electric), located in Linton, Indiana. We have 24 overnight camping sites. There is a small playground for the kids. We also have a pool that we invite you to swim in. We also allow catch and release fishing in both of our stocked ponds. We are right down the road from all of the lakes in Greene Sullivan State Forest. Just 5 miles down the road from Redbird State Riding Park and Maumee. You can drive the offroad vehicles from the campground to both parks. We also have 5 cabin rentals on site and 2 mobile home rentals. No residential living allowed. Only seasonal. We do offer daily, weekly & monthly traveling worker rates.

The 7650 is a 312 acre farm situated just outside of Oxford, OH, home of Talawanda High School and Miami University. Residents of The 7650 include two high school teachers, 2 Miami University students, 100 cows (and their babies), two orange porch cats, and 2 chihuahuas. At The 7650 we raise Simmental cattle, which originated in Switzerland, and grow our own hay and corn to feed the cattle. The 7650 has over a mile of road frontage, extending from Indian Creek rd to State Line rd, then north to Join rd. Surrounding neighbors are farmers, retirees, agriculturists, and teachers. The 7650 is a beautiful and quiet retreat, just 5 minutes from Oxford!

Conveniently located only 20 minutes from Glendale's Blue Oval SK Battery Plant, 25 minutes to Nolin River Lake, and just 30 minutes to Elizabethtown. Each site rents for $630 month and includes all utilities. Sites are equipped with 20/30/50-amp service, new water hydrants, fire pits, and a recently installed privacy fence.
