The location is awesome as it is nestles in beautiful Mother Nature, including Spring Bay Fen Nature Reserve that adjoins this park. There are acres for boating, fishing, hiking, and so much more. There are also a lot of great places that are close by that you can eat at, enjoy the Casino and so much more. This is a perfect getaway for any traveler or camper needing a peaceful place at a wonderful price.

Prairie Pines Campground is located in the quiet, easy-going town of Rantoul and is a great spot for a Illinois camping trip. Campers can look forward to a gorgeous and well-mangaged park, edged by fun local activities and sites. Activities and Amenities Travelers can enjoy plenty of fresh air, beautiful trees, clear skies, and wide-open spaces for nature walking, biking, sunset viewing, stargazing and picnicking.
