The McGregor lake campground is located in the Kootenai National Forest and has been a mainstay for outdoor enthusiasts for decades. Campers can look forward to plenty of trout fishing, as well as tons of space on the water for activities like kayaking, canoeing, boating and paddle boarding. Not a huge fan of the water? Soak in the landscape through hiking the gorgeous trails of mountain biking the challenging trails. Albeni Cove CG is located on Lake Pend Oreille, one of the largest and deepest lakes in the United States, reaching depths of more than 1,200 feet in some areas.
