Buddy's RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Salmon, Idaho and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground including the Lewis and Clark Trail, Lemhi County Historical Society & Museum, Sacajawea Interpretive, Cultural & Educational Center and the Salmon-Challis National Forest. Among these attractions, campers can enjoy great snow boarding, skiing, scenic and wildlife viewing, biking and hiking. There's also the Lewis and Clark Back Country Byway, Sacajawea Scenic Byway and a number of great local wineries, specialty shops and craft eateries for visitors to take advantage of. Wakeside Lake is located next to Highway 20. Off exit 332. It has a private lake you  have access to where you can fish or enjoy the water (with kyaks or paddleboards you bring). Their are many large shade trees & gravel sites.  All RV sites are pull through. 

  Located in Historic Virginia City, Montana, Rambling Moose Campground features full-hook-up and back-in sites for both 30 and 50 amp along with 2 camping cabins with beds (no linens) and electricity. We are located 1/2 mile from Historic Virginia City and Nevada City. World class fly fishing is just 15 minutes away and we are in the middle of some of the best hiking, biking, and UTV/ATV trails. Yellowstone is a short 90 minute drive away and Bozeman is 60 minutes. Before you ask, YES, we have Moose occasionally rambling through the campground in addition to all other types of wildlife found in Montana. Our park includes pull through spaces with full hookups and larger areas for groups with power, water and access to an RV dump. We are located near the Idaho National Laboratory and several tourist sites such as EBR1 (Nuclear energy museum with the first working reactor, nuclear airplane engine, and much more) within easy driving distance to Craters of the Moon.  Near other outdoor adventures from Sun Valley, Salmon, West Yellowstone, St. Anthony Sand Dunes, and many others. We have access to Idaho's best desert trails for all types of Off Road Vehicles including one of the best rides in Idaho up the Big Southern Butte.
