Spend the day exploring the area like riding bike along the 84 mile Pine Creek Rail Trail voted one of the top 10 best rail-trails in the U.S or try your skill at fishing the Pine Creek stocked with many varieties of fish. If you feel like cooling off rents some tubes for a lazy float down the creek or for the more adventurous grab some kayaks and start your trek in the PA Grand Canyon ending right at the campground.

Family owned Peaceful Woodlands Family Campground, located in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania offers 20/30 amp water and electric hookup sites for RVs, tents, and rustic cabin rentals for those wanting something a little more different. Some of our highlighted amenities include restrooms with hot showers, dump station, camp store, miniature golf, arcade games and more! This is a gorgeous campground to take the family to escape for a romantic getaway! The location is amazing as it’s a beautifully wooded campground with most sites surrounded by a small grove of trees. There are 50 acres of beauty as well as being located at the base of the Dixon Miller Recreation Area (Elevation 2212ft), which is one of the highest accessible points overlooking the Pocono Plateau! We are your family friendly camping destination!  Located on Packer Island, along the banks of the Susquehanna River, between Northumberland and Sunbury, Pennsylvania. We open on April 15th and close for the season on October 15th of each year.  We have approximately 100 sites.  All of our sites have water, electric, and sewer hook-ups. Each has a poured concrete patio, and are 30 or 50 amp capable. All of our transient sites have a fire ring and plastic picnic table. We also offer cable TV and free WiFi.

Enjoy the playground, tot-lot, basketball area, little league baseball field, arcade and junk-food store.  Catch a game on our major league field--admission is always free. Beaver Valley is also an ideal venue for an overnight retreat or destination wedding, providing accommodations, a reception hall seating 125, catering and a beautiful spot by the pond for a ceremony.

There are a decent amount of sites to choose from that accommodates all kinds of RV’s and has all the amenities you could need to cover a little more than the basics. The location is amazing as it’s a right by a peaceful creek with a very lush landscape and beautiful natural environment. It’s also close by a main road that will take you on a short journey to great places to visit. If you are looking for a small place to kick back and relax in nature this sure is the place as they have a lot of great things at a very nice price.
