The San Juan River offers world class trout fishing, and the mountains of Colorado are minutes away. You can ride out of the park on your atv with hours of riding just North of the park.

The Downs RV Park is located in Farmington, New Mexico and is set in a small, idyllic area. Filled with large trees absorbing all the sound at the park, visitors can look forward to quiet evenings and beautiful, green plains. The park is near a horse racing track, so be sure to buy tickets early if you enjoy that past time. The Animas Valley mall is nearby as well as the Salmon Ruins, so be prepared for some excellent shopping and sight seeing. 

This quiet and peaceful campsite is an absolute treat for campers! The Archuleta RV park is nestled in a beautifully forested area beside the Navajo Dam. Look forward to excellent fly fishing for trout, sailing scuba diving, and of course canoeing, kayaking and cruising. Visitors also love to take picnics along the outter banks of the dam and go stargazing under the clear skies at night. 

Sitting beside the gorgeous San Juan River is Abe's Motel and RV Park, the ideal place for your next fishing trip in the southwest. As you truck down to the river banks, look around at the high mesa cliffs and amazing sky shows of a New Mexico sunrise or sunset. Go on a guided fly fishing trip during the day, then visit various attractions on evenings or weekends. The Navajo Lake State Park is perfect for hiking and biking excursions, visit the Pinion Hill Golf Course and the San Juan wineries. The Quiet and Peaceful RV Park is just as the name suggests, quiet and very peaceful. Located in Waterflow, New Mexico, this park is known for its sightseeing, so get ready to soak in some superb desert vistas and plains, as well as excellent stargazing. The park is also popular among out-of-state visitors hoping to catch a glimpse of one of those iconic southwestern sunrises and sunsets, so look forward to that! Many local workers lodge here in between heading home for long stretches of time, so campers can expect to be surrounded by friendly and helpful locals. 

The Mom and Pop RV Park is located in Farmington, New Mexico, and is relatively close to several local attractions. Visitors can look forward to the Bolack Museum and the Aztec Ruins where they can take advantage of a guided tour. Campers can also visit the Three Rivers Tap and Game Room. There are shops, restaurants and stores nearby to the convenience of travelers; stop by local eateries on your way to the nearby Animas and San Juan Rivers. Picnic on the river banks, or go exploring through the town during your visit.  

There are 19 primitive campsites at Windsurf Beach and Arboles Point, and are the perfect spots for a fun tenting trip out ini the gorgeous waterfront  areas. The sites are ideal for small RVs and tents, and are open year round but cannot be reserved so the off-season is the best time to head over there! The sites are right by the water, and with wide open spaces and plenty of gorgeous trees and clear skies, it's a photographer's paradise. Get ready for some stellar scenic viewing, hiking, biking, sunset viewing, fishing and stargazing. The sites are in a relatively remote location, so be sure to pack everything you'll need for a fun and distraction-free stay, but there is a post office, marine store and country store just a short drive from the park. The Tiffany Campground in the Navajo State Park is located in the gorgeous state of Colorado and is a great spot for a fun outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to plenty of wide open spaces and clear skies, perfect for hiking, biking, sunset viewing, scenic viewing and stargazing, as well as horseback riding. Travelers can also enjoy birding, boating, fishing, swimming, hunting, jet skiing and group fun and picnicking.
