Hattie has a history.  The Hattie Sherwood Campground is part of Hattie Sherwood Park, a beautiful multi-acre park that was deeded to the city in the 1920's as an honorarium to Hattie Sherwood Kutchin, the granddaughter of John Sherwood, one of the founding settlers of Dartford in the 1840's.  The terms of the deed contained specific instructions about making sure the campground stayed as close to its original footprint as possible including all of the trees and other plantings at the time of the donation.  Campers today will get a flavor of the beauty of old Green Lake amongst the soaring hardwood canopy, the views of the pond, the spectacular and vast array of birds and waterfowl and the lovely vistas of Big Green Lake.  The campground features 37 sites, some assigned for camping only and others set to accept large motorhomes up to 42 feet.  All sites have either 20, 30 or 50 amps of electrical available.  Fully renovated bathrooms with showers are available on site.

Circle K Campground, nestled in Palmyra WI in the Kettle Moraine area, has over 99 camping sites. The family-oriented campground perfect for large groups, such as Boy's Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4H, or family events. We feature partial hookup sites along with rustic tent sites. It features 16 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly (option of 30 or 50 amp). Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides limited Wifi, welcomes pets on a leash, and has a sewer hookups at every site.  Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables and fire circles. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, and wildlife watching. Our little community has 2 banks, grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, restaurants, NAPA auto, 2 gas stations, including Casey's pizza, Dollar General, and a historical hotel who guests have met a ghost or two. Our campground is located on a quiet bluff that overlooks the Mississippi River.  Site rental is available for the whole year at $2400 + applicable fees and taxes. Whether you stay 1 month or 12 months, the fee is $2400 plus applicable fees and taxes.  We do not do short term rentals at this time.  Electricity and water are available at Valley View Campground from April 15 - November 15. We have overflow parking, a bathhouse, and a pavilion.
