Lake of the Rockies Retreat, Camping & Cabin Resort is a park located near Monument, Colorado. It features 163 campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. There is a possibility of partial work trade for rent opportunity, if you have Handyman/Carpentry skills and experience, please let us know. This is a great place with biking and hiking trails nearby. Keep your RV/Camper trailer here for weekend getaways or live here full-time. This is a very beautiful mountain rural area, many of our neighbors have livestock, and we have a few potbelly pigs. It is very peaceful and the sky is full of stars without the city lights.  Located about 3 1/2 hours SW of Denver.

Base Camp at Golden Gate Canyon sits at an elevation of nearly 10,000 feet in beautiful Black Hawk, Colorado. It's within an hour of the Denver Metro area and features 31 full hookups campsites. The park is big-rig accessible and pet friendly, except in the main office. Luxury resort amenities offered include a well-stocked convenience and liquor store and onsite movie rentals. It also has all your basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. The park is close to all of the exciting attractions Denver has to offer, like Union Station, 16th Street Mall, and tons of awesome breweries. Circle the Wagons RV Park has 43 full-hook up sites. We have 14 50-amp and 29 30-amp sites and tent area. Sites are all 60'x30' and gravel. We have laundry and shower/bathroom facilities. There is free Wi-Fi and a dog park. Cable is not available in our area. The Cuchara River runs through our park which also has many shade trees.
