The Elephant Rock Campground is located in the Carson National Forest, and is well-known for the Red River and Eagle Rock Lake being nearby. Lose yourself in the tall pines of the Little Oso Primitive Campground at the Heron Lake State Park in New Mexico. The lake is designated a "quiet lake," so boat operators cannot ride at wake speeds. As such, get ready for some peace and quiet during your next vacation, and excellent conditions for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. And of course, enjoy great fly fishinf of trout and salmon, all against the gorgeous mountain backdrop of the lake. The Tiffany Campground in the Navajo State Park is located in the gorgeous state of Colorado and is a great spot for a fun outdoor adventure. Travelers can also enjoy birding, boating, fishing, swimming, hunting, jet skiing and group fun and picnicking. Amenities at the park include: a boat launch and marina, laundry facilities, comfort station, restrooms, showers, water, horseshoe pit, firewood and parking. There are 19 primitive campsites at Windsurf Beach and Arboles Point, and are the perfect spots for a fun tenting trip out ini the gorgeous waterfront  areas. The sites are ideal for small RVs and tents, and are open year round but cannot be reserved so the off-season is the best time to head over there! The sites are right by the water, and with wide open spaces and plenty of gorgeous trees and clear skies, it's a photographer's paradise. The sites are in a relatively remote location, so be sure to pack everything you'll need for a fun and distraction-free stay, but there is a post office, marine store and country store just a short drive from the park.
