The Last Resort is a cozy RV park located on the Blanco River just off Highway 84, between Chama, New Mexico and Pagosa Springs, CO.  We have 23 full hook-up sites with 30 and 50amp electric with water and sewer.  We have 8 sites along the river with water and electricity only.  Basic tent sites are set up in various locations around the park, several being located near water.  Our bathhouse has a couch and games, a kitchen sink, microwave and coffee pot; Men's and Women's separate restrooms, $5 for an 8 minute shower, and coin operated washer and dryer.    For outdoor recreation, there are walking trails throughout the park, dog park, fishing in the pond or river, tubing the river, and playing at the beach!   The outdoor recreation area includes a volleyball net, horseshoes, cornhole, and other outdoor games.   A newly renovated pavilion next to the pond, serves as a gathering place for happy hours and group gatherings!  Open year round.  Pets welcome! Tiny Homes, RV sites, Camper trailers, or Renovated Bus rental spaces are available with breathtaking mountain views in all directions with wide-open spaces. Off the grid (Boon Docking) which means no sewer or electric hookups, solar or generator will be needed. There may be an opportunity at the present time to have access to electricity for one and only one site.  There is water available. Tiny Home or RV living site offers a fire pit. There is a possibility of partial work trade for rent opportunity, if you have Handyman/Carpentry skills and experience, please let us know. This is a great place with biking and hiking trails nearby. Keep your RV/Camper trailer here for weekend getaways or live here full-time. This is a very beautiful mountain rural area, many of our neighbors have livestock, and we have a few potbelly pigs. It is very peaceful and the sky is full of stars without the city lights.  Located about 3 1/2 hours SW of Denver.

Alpine Trails RV Park includes amenities such as WiFi, water, sewer, showers, electricity. This RV park is located at 111 Wharton Road in South Fork, CO. Golf, hiking, off-roading/atv, and horseback riding are some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay here. One can enjoy all our grass RV park with outdoor movie night under the starts and free popcorn. There is an on site ATV, kayak, SUP rentals and a BBQ bar for all to enjoy. Aspen Ridge RV Park is nestled near South Fork, Colorado, offering 10 full 30/50 amp water and sewer hookup campsites that are big rig friendly with many of them being pull through accessible. Chinook Cabins & RV Park is located in South Fork with shops, grocery stores & restaurants a short distance away. Some are walking distance. There is a lot to do in the summer and spring to keep you busy for several days (fishing, hiking, biking, ATV riding, mines to see & more). In the winter we have cabins with the comforts of home so you can enjoy winter activities like skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, etc. Our sites in South Fork Colorado are back off the highway for a more relaxing atmosphere and the view is amazing. We are located on the San Juan River is the Southern Colorado Rockies at 7,200' elevation, with nice warm days and pleasantly cool nites. While we are close to the highway to take you to adventures in the area, we are down next to the river away from highway noise. Hot showers w/24 hr access | Laundry w/24 hr access | Park-wide WiFi | Grocery store | Largest RV parts selection in area | Game room | Fire ring in each site | All FHU & water and electric sites have 50/30/20 amp.
