The Sulphur Springs Trail Camp is located within the 700,000 acre Angeles National Forest, and sits at a 5,300 foot elevation, perfect for sunset viewing, stargazing and plenty of fresh air for hiking and biking.    Activities and Amenities Due to the location of the site, only tent camping is available. There are toilets and picnic tables, but other amenities are limited. The Cooper Canyon Trail Camp is located within the beautiful 700,00 acre Angeles National Park just outside of Los Angeles. It is located at 6,300 feet in elevation and designed for skilled campers since it requires a hike-in to get to the sites.   Amenities and Activities   There are six sites available, and while there is sometimes a stream for water, it is suggested that campers bring in all their own supplies. The mountain scenery and the wildlife more than make up for the lack of modern amenities.
