The site offers a breathtaking view of the Jeffrey forest filled with pine and fir trees. Power boating is allowed, but a 10-mph speed limit is enforced. A boat ramp is located on-site and 30 minutes east of the campground, there are facilities for boating, water skiing, swimming and fishing.
