Located in Sparkman Arkansas, Knights Landing Rv Resort strive to be a family friendly RV resort located out in the country for you and you family to come relax, and enjoy your time away from all the distraction in the world. We would love for your family to come and enjoy some fishing around a campfire. Each of our sites have 30/50 amp hookup with water, electric, and sewer. We are located right outside the city limits of North Little Rock. We are across the street from this Dollar General in case you need to pick anything up. Our place offers really big sites which come with 100% full hookups. We want you to stay a while if you can because we live here too. Our place is newly built in 2026 and we ask for a little grace as our trees start to grow and fill in since they are so new as well. We are looking to build a community of travelers, retirees, workers, labors and all around good people to come and stay and live at this park. We run background checks on guest who request to stay over a week. We understand that everyone has a history but there are some things that we will not allow guest to have on their backgrounds. The park is located just 10 minutes from Arkansas Elite Welding Academy in a quiet country setting.  I am Jake Odom and I am the owner of the park.  I am also the student advisor at the school.  I live on the premises and can assist you with any needs you may have.  The park only houses AEWA students, no locals or long term tenants.  Back in sites only 30/50/120 power on all sites.  Water, electric, sewer and trash service included.  No pets allowed.  If you rent a camper you will need to bring linens (full), utensils, cookware. Bring a grill for cooking out. Max camper length 32'.  

We will be open exclusively for the solar eclipse event from April 4th to April 9th, 2024. During this period, our facilities will be dedicated to accommodating guests for the purpose of observing totality (4 min. 11 sec.) during the eclipse.

The Timbercrest RV & Mobile Home Park is located in the beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas and is a fun spot for an outdoor adventure. The Downtown Riverside RV Park is located in downtown North Little Rock across from the Clinton Presidential Center and Park.rv1 It is the only RV park located on the bank of the Arkansas River in downtown. The park can accommodate 61 RVs with water, 50 amp electricty and sewer. A dump station is also available. A gated facility with on-site management. Tent camping is not allowed. Reservations are suggested.
